I just don't see any constellation themes being kept. They might be referenced in dialogue, but I believe that they'll keep this on a space travel-theme level rather than a constellations-and-space travel theme level like Kyuranger. The most I would expect is the Morphin' Masters returning to say that the constellations represent old heroes who serve as the Power Rangers' "ancestors". Speaking more generically, the cosmos in most science fiction is about space and planets and stars and maybe a quasar or two with a possibility for a Star Trek-like subspace anomaly which distorts the space-time continuum.
