How did you have it shipped? I bought a couple of things from them early last week and had it shipped via SAL and I'm trying to gauge how long it will take the get to me in the US.

I got mine shipped via SAL too and it took a week, so yeah, can't complain about that =]

Well their SAL to Europe is actually pretty quick. For us in the US it can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I use EMS more often but SAL is still pretty great if your patient.

Finally picked up SIC KT Kuuga and immediately swapped his waist peg with Faiz's. Height-wise he's on par with the others now, but something about him still feels... smaller. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly it is, but it doesn't mean he's not a gorgeous toy. His chest armor uses the same metallic red paint as the Machine Tornador and it looks amazing. Articulation-wise, he's one of the best ones yet - he has great bicep swivels and possibly the best elbows in the line.

How long did it take from when you placed the order to when you got it from them? I've ordered from them twice and both times were pretty bad experiences (the second time being the worst). Just trying to figure out if I'm really unlucky (which is probably the case as I've had an item sitting in Customs since 9/9) or not...

It actually took a long time, like a couple of weeks. I'd ordered an Amazon as well, he was listed as in-stock when I ordered him. Their explanation was that they were waiting to hear back from the distributor if they had any more Amazons(they did not) so they then shipped my order and refunded that portion of my payment.

It doesn't explain why they had him listed on their site as in-stock when it was not.

Also the Rock Bison was a damaged item, but the box that came in was in better condition than the SIC box, which had a nasty gouge in it. I don't generally care about box quality that much but I thought that was odd. It was such a great price I can't complain too much though.

So it's not just me then! They did the same thing to me about Figuarts Agito. It was listed in stock on their site and a week passed and no movement on my order. I emailed them and they said that they were waiting on a restock. I then told them that a simple email to that effect would have been good for customer service. Speaking of customs...anyone have any advice? My package from Korea has been in "Processed through sort facility-ISC Los Angeles" since 9/9.

Regarding your korean order, if you have a tracking number you can enter it at usps.com and see what they've been doing with it. I was waiting on a RSAL package that had been at Sort Facility NYC JFK(or whatever) for over a week and tried searching at USPS and was told there'd been a delivery attempt(which was BS). I took my tracking number to the local post office and they gave me the package.

It's been sitting at "sorted through the sort facility at Los Angeles" since 9/9 (11 days). I think I'll do what you suggest if it doesn't show today. Thanks!

I hate Vocaloid with a passion. Worst thing to happen to music since autotuning.
But I like the character designs of Luka and Miku Append. When you mentioned getting a certain statue (I think it was you) I figured it was that one. I just saw it recently and thought it was really well done. Though I don't like static statues and just have the figmas for Luka and Miku Append
