I'm pretty sure they'll go with Green for one of the colours. It's used more commonly (and was used in the original season) and after Go-busters had such poor ratings, they're going to be following Wizards example and trying to make this feel more like a classic season. I'd really like to see them shake the colours up a bit though, particularly with the females. How about a Green/black girl?

I'm quite sure it's going to be a very different show from Aba/Zyuranger no matter what though, dinosaurs just happen to always be a popular theme. The electric part makes me think that the dinosaurs might be digital.. or something like that.

I just hope they change up the dino colors this time. The other 2 dino themed shows had Red as a t-rex, Blue as a triceatops, and "the girl" as a pterodactyl (Also, more than one girl this time please). I'd like to see those changed, even if they are just switched around.

You do realize that'll never happen right? If there's a T-Rex he'll be Red.

I really can't think of any other color the T-Rex could be too. There's something about "King of the Dinosaurs" that makes the T-Rex almost certain to be Red. Either that or they avoid the T-Rex entirely.

Just what I was about to say. This is a brilliant idea; in Gekiranger the Tiger is as much "King of the Jungle" as the Lion. Anyone know of any dinosaurs that are also "King of the Dinosaurs" types like the T-Rex is?

I could see a Brachiosaurus working.

Come to think of it, the lion was a "villain" in Gekiranger. I like this idea. Maybe make the villians carnivores and rangers herbivores. In which case Red can be a Styracosaurus (AbaRed's upgrade with the shield was this).

EDIT: Brachiosaurus works to, but I fear the zord would end up being 90% of the combo.

They could always use a Spinosaurus and a Raptor.

A Spinosaurus would be pretty cool. It was relegated to an arm attachment in Aba, so maybe now's the chance for it to shine :D
Would also lead to a nice little Jurassic Park 3 homage, except without the neck snapping x3

A Spinosaurus Red would be awesome. He could summon the sail for an arm blade and the sail could make for a for a badass headress for the mecha.

*For the record, I liked Spinosaurus before JP3 made it relevant to pop culture :lol.

Yes! My favorite dinosaur. I remember when I was a kid I made up me as The orange ranger with the ankylosaurus zord. I'd settle for one or the other. The tail becoming a weapon as an arm on the mech would be sweet.

Orange ankylosaurus zord happened in Ada/Dino Thunder. Man, you must've been peeved when there wasn't a accompanying ranger.

I think you guys are missing a trick here. Electric Beasts, and they could use the name but go mythical on us.

Silver - Bronto-Oh - A brontosaurus that can become it's own Mech, plus combine with the other mechs.

First of all, no mythical creatures. I really like where we are with Go-Busters, and I hope it stays that way(but with how the ratings look, not likely :cry).
Second, please not another Voltron-Oh. Go-Buster Oh may look like a Mugenbine on a bad day, but at least the red mecha forms more than the torso, head, thighs, etc.
Lastly, and this a nitpick, but I'm hoping we get a main green instead of a black. The idea of a 4-5 in. super posable fully transforming minipla Kyroy-Oh that can combine in ridiculous ways with pre-existing figures seems a lot cooler if his arm/leg/gallbladder is green instead of black.
Those issues aside, I love your idea for Silver's mech. :thumb:


I suppose a Dimetrodon could work. Though if anything, that should be the villain, since a dimetrodon is pretty much a T-Rex that looks even more sinister. And the main reason I think a Brachiosauraus would work isn't a big factor of a dimtrodon: Height.

It'd be cool if the mech are basically sentai versions of the dinozaurs. So they'd have like a more robotic exoskeleton and electric/energy type stuff holding it together.

Then the toys can have the almost translucent plastic and possibly a lighting gimmick... Not sure how well it would work in candy toy form though =\

And if all else fails I'm hoping that it turns that they have decided to use the pre-fourze rumour of People using Eggs to henshin =p Pop a dino egg in a wrist changer and the top half would flick back in various sun shapes and a dino pops out the other way and you press it down to bite onto something... Yeah that may be a little complex =p If not that then go the Shinkenger route and have an egg mode (aka emblem mode) then a dino mode and limb mode =]
