Kamen Rider Similarities Battle Round 9: I'm one of them...
 
We have seen Riders, we've seen Kaijin. But Riders that are Kaijin?! Well, three notable heroes happened to be the very thing they tried to fight.

Kamen Rider Faiz (2003)


VS


Kamen Rider Chalice (2004, Kamen Rider Blade)


VS


Kamen Rider Sasword (2006, Kamen Rider Kabuto)


Out of these 3, who is superior?

Sasword because he's the most badassedly evil of the bunch.

However, I'd like to point out that your namesake rider did become a Kaijin (Greed) at one point thanks to some tricky purple medals. Shouldn't he be here too? :)

I wanted to have those who were Kaijin from the beginning. While Eiji did turn into a Greeed, we learned that he was becoming one, while these 3 were revealed to be Kaijin and had their backstories revealed, rather than showing their process of becoming one.

Definitely Chalice. Hajime's story was the emotional core of Blade and his growth over the course of the season was one of the best parts of the show. It also led up to the show's incredibly ending.

Plus his Rider and kaijin designs were both freaking amazing.

Wataru and Taiga are technically Fangire, so the Kivas could probably be up there. At the very least King as Dark Kiva.

But I'd still vote for Sasword anyways. I don't really know anything about Chalice... And Faiz, while a monster, I don't think was ever really evil. But Sasword? Even while his human personality dominated he was a pretty big prick. :P

ok...I wanted to say that Sasword is the man who stands atop of being Kaijin (and surprised none of you took that line...) But I got to go with Faiz. It was hinted in the first episodes he was an Orphenoch, and was still a surprise...but he was a BADASS one as well! He held his own with the Lucky Clover, not to mention was just beastly in Paradise Lost.

They didn't have Fangire forms, if I recall correctly.

Ha. Good point. If Decade hadn't ruined it for me, I'd probably be pretty upset about the Faiz thing actually, since I plan on watching that soon.

You're right, the brothers didn't. Though I still don't think it's clear what exactly Wataru's bird form was. King did, though.

Stronger I think still holds up because his personality and characteristics portrays the "strong" image of a Rhinoceros Beetle well

Reason King isn't there was because this was for Riders that were most similar (well, completely one in the case of Faiz) to a protagonist.

Shit. By this logic Den-O counts for this battle too. Momotaros is now Den-O himself with no human to posses. He is an Imagin. Imagin are kaijin. Therefor Den-O = Kaijin!

Wow. I feel bad for ZX.

Especially since I went with Decade when no one chose ZX. By the way, what about G? Techically, he'd bee the tenth, and would actually fit as a much more suitable opponent for ZX than Decade, as they are both very similar.

You have to remain impartial. It was a cool opening, but only served to introduce Shotaro and Philip. I found Anything Goes to be a much better theme than WBX, and the rest of the episode is just par for the course.



It's Kamen Rider. And T-Rex's and Magma's designs weren't anything special to me.

Like I said, that opening was good, but you're giving it way too much credit.
Can't help it. W is special to me, because it's the series that got me hooked in the first place. I tried to be impartial, but it's kind of hard when I went into the series knowing some of the things I should be expecting. But still, WBX was definetely better than whatever Fourze's theme is called (one of the things made apparent in Megamax).

I like Fourze. A lot. Probably more than most, but W definitely gets the edge. It's got a slow start, but it's one of those shows like GaoGaiGar, where once it gets going, it REALLY gets going.

I only know of ZX based on his appearance in KR: Spirits.
However, I hate Decade. Pompous pissant who has everyone bowing down and worshiping him (Kinda like Tendou, but without any of the Tendou charm or a Kagami-like character for him to interact with to make him more tolerable (No, Yusuke doesn't count. He's also part of the boot licking contest when it comes to Tsukasa)).
So I'm voting ZX.

However, much like Gokaiger, many people's first KR series ended up being Decade, so he ZX doesn't stand a chance here. *Sighs*

I'm going with ZX, 'cause I honestly feel bad for the guy.

And nothing I've seen from Decade appeals to me outside of the old rider cameos.

Don't edit Den-O into it, please.

Momo may be Den-O now, but Ryotaro was the main user (49-52 episodes vs. 2 movies w/ Momo as the primary Den-O). Adding Den-O would be going against the logic you used to deny Jirou!IXA.

Kamen Rider Similarities Tourney 1, Battle 1- Numerical Motifs
 
Hey guys, since I made the first ten KRSBs, it's time to take the winners of each thread and make them face off to see who is the superior Rider in a Rider Tournament.

Rather than focus on plots, this time we focus on the actual power each Rider has.

For this battle, we observe the 3 riders prior to Fourze-
VS

Kamen Rider W (2010)

VS


Seeing as how things are currently going, let's remember the strengths and weaknesses of each rider:
Decade:
  • Can turn into any previous rider before him and utilize their powers
  • Can destroy Undead and enter the Mirror World without an Advent deck
  • Machine Decader can turn into previous bikes
  • Most Powerful form: Complete form
  • Complete form can summon the other Heisei Rider's most powerful forms or turn them into them.
  • Can turn other Heisei Rider's into their FFR forms, however this is irrelevant in this battle.
  • Can destroy other worlds, irrelevant in this battle.
  • Weakness: Belt can be removed from him, Ride Booker that contains his cards can be taken from him. When he summons the most Powerful form of another rider, he can only summon one at a time and has to keep pressing and removing the Ktouch. The Rider can only mimic Decade's actions




Double:
  • Has the vast knowledge of the Earth (The Gaia Memory)
  • Has 9 different Basic Forms, 1 Mid-Season Upgrade (FangJoker), 1 Super Mode (Xtreme) and 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Gold Xtreme)
  • LunaTrigger form can unleash homing shots
  • Has the HardBoilder and the RevolGarry as his vehicles.
  • Most Powerful form: CycloneJoker Xtreme (In movies, CycloneJoker Gold Xtreme)
  • CJX can look up opponent's weakness, and channels it through the Prism Bicker
  • Weakness: Both Phillip and Shotaro need to transform. If one is incapacitated, transformation is unable to happen. Gaia Memories can be taken from them.




OOO:
  • Has 137 combos (125 random, 5 main, 1 midseason upgrade, 1 Super Mode (PuToTyra), 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Super TaToBa), 2 special (TaMaShii and BuraKaWani), 2 alternative {with Kangaroo Medal}) possible due to mix-and-matching core medals
  • Can revive any Rider turned into a core medal via Scanning charge.
  • RideVendor, which comes in multiples; ToRideVendor can absorb excess energy from RaToraTah combo and allow him to function properly.
  • Can turn into a one man army via GataKiriBa combo, or turn into each of his Single colored Combos (and TaToBa) by granting enough of the GataKiriBa clones the Core Medals needed
  • RaToraTah can blind and scorch opponents with the light it radiates, and can run at super speed
  • SaGoZo can control gravity and wields super strength
  • TaJaDor can use a Giga Scan, turning into an enormous FireBird with the Red Cores or create a black hole using the Purple Cores
  • ShaUTa can turn into water, and use the Unagi whips to electrocute opponents.
  • BuraKaWani has a healing factor and can summon a cobra from the top of it's head, also has the Goura Guardner, which can form an energy shield
  • Most Powerful Form: PuToTyra (TV series), Super TaToBa (MegaMax)
  • PuToTyra can freeze opponents, and wield the MedaGabryu. Can also shatter other medals.*
  • Super TaToBa is an advanced form of TaToBa from the future, allowing OOO to keep up with those who stop time/can accelarate through time
  • Weakness- Cores can be taken from him, Belt can be removed in extremely close proximity


Out of these 3, who is the most powerful.

Double. Because no else can wear a fedora underneath a head-hugging helmet and have it come out undamaged. Besides, Philip has all of the Earth's knowledge (except for memories about his life). Knowledge is power, and since Philip has the most knowledge, Double wins.

OOO is the strongest. Decade's killing of the Riders in his movie almost completely relied on his opponents flat out letting him win (Yes, I'm still pissy over that).
I don't see how Decade has any sort of advantage over OOO.
And Double isn't on OOO's level when it comes to strength.

Sorry but if Decades ability to turn other riders into giant and useful weapons isn't relevant then neither are OOO abilities in any of his forms.

EDIT: He can summon those riders at any time just like OOO can switch medals.
