Just got back from the first Lexington Comic-Con. This show was fantastic! I'd still be there if my boss wasn't making me work the rest of the day. I just met and talked to Paul Schrier, Jason Narvy, Nakia Burise, and Catherine Sutherland! Jason David Franks' line was ridiculously long so I missed him before I had to leave. But Bulk and Skull? Yeah they were the best part. They were friendly, funny, and awesome. And look at the cool autographs I got!

Back on topic, I just snagged the Go-Buster key set on backorder on amiami. Its been paid for so should ship out to me next week :)

Minipla Buster Ace arrived today =D he's all assembled just needs a paint. He's awesome but a little smaller then I expected, now to wait patiently for a month for the other two =]

Picked up some stuff yesterday and today. Marvel Legends FF Spider-Man, TFP Ratchet and Arcee and the "Shin Shoretsutei Ryusou Ryubi Gundam Tengyokugai Soryu" model kit. I am very happy. I haven't gotten any new Toku stuff since my Morphin' Brace. I've got the Legends Candy Toy Ranger Key set 01 pre-ordered. I'm finding myself really wanting MonsterArts Space Godzilla and the recently revealed Rodan as well.

It was a good haul and a great show. Bulk and Skull were pretty much the coolest guys ever and were a blast to hang out with.

Well let's just say more than I originally wanted to pay. However the set I got wound up containing the rare gold chrome phoenix (as opposed to the flat gold plastic release) and the fully chromed sword so I can't complain. Oh, and it came with TWO of all the Ranger mini-figures and the power cystals :D

I like it. With the exception of the electronics, It's no different to the Jungle Fury Jungle Pride Megazord. The funny thing is that I was looking for another Jungle Pride Megazord and found Gekitouja cheaper. Usually it's the other wy around.

Can I ask how much he was? There's still one listed at Nakano for 9000 yen, but that still seems like possibly more than I should pay right now (especially since i just decided to get Make Toys Battle Tanker, though I guess I could hold off on that one for a while longer).

I payed 9000 yen for Emp Kiva, I was happy with a sub 10,000 yen price
All 3 cost me $200 shipped from Mandarake

okay, that makes it sound like a ton of money, which makes me feel less bad. Except that you got in three days, and the SIC figure I just got today took three weeks or so.

Yeah, it's the transforming Nick. I will probably mess around with the haul on Saturday. At ¥2500 from Mandarake, think it's worth giving it a chance.

bought a s.h. figuarts gokai pink of mandarake, so finally i have completed the gokaigers :D

Honestly they aren't too bad at all. The articulation is around Souchaku Henshin levels. Not much on the accessory count but I specifically bought them to get all the Final Forms for the Heisei Riders. Some (Ryuki, Agito) aren't so great. But Kiva, Blade and Faiz are all fantastic. The only one of these I don't own is Kabuto. Mainly because its 3500 yen on Mandarake.
