Brajira wasn't thrown in. He was used throughout the series as the Big Bad manipulating everyone else throughout the series. Warstar, Yuumanjuu, Metal Alice, even the Shinkenger's Baddies in the movie v Shinkenger (Which is still the best Sentai Crossover movie they made). Having them do what he wanted to achieve his ultimate goal. They just didn't reveal what that was until the end. And Alata gets alot of flak for not being Red-ish. But he was one of the Best Sentai Red's we've ever gotten.

As for the male Goseigers, I personally love how different from the cliché they are. Agri is, unlike a lot of Blacks neither a womanizer nor a rival for Red. He's just a nice guy (kinda like GaoBlack). And I love his overprotectiveness when Moune is in trouble ^^
Hyde is the smart one (which was kinda refreshing after having a crazy Blue like Ryunosuke) who is kinda like a big brother to the whole team. He's Goseiger's answer to MagiGreen I guess.
And Alata... He's my favorite Red. He's a leader without claiming it, he ha a good heart and always reaches out a helping hand and he's even more badass than Takeru was. (Marvelous is about the same on that, but just because he did the foot-thing)



I love how they build that plotline up. Him being the schemer was just awesome.



I was never a big fan of him (actually, he annoyed me in the first few episodes), but he sure has a nice character development and adds some interesting stuff to the story. He may not be one of my favorites, but he was a good character.

Let's start with the Characters. Each one has amazing qualities that make this truely The Greatest in History (I got yer back Daigo). And we're going to start with King. He's a great leader, better than people give him credit for with all the "OMG he's the focus again!" that goes on. He cares about his people, he cares about the people of the city, have you seen him without a shirt?! He's everything you want in a Red. He's strong, he's caring, he's frakking awesome. Then we come to Souji. Not your typical Green. Sure of himself, a consumate professional with a blade, and his episode with his father was one of the best early episodes. Ian! Yes, a lady-killer Black. Or is he? Look at recent episodes where it's revealed he only goes for women who need a friend, he finds that spark of life inside of them, and nutures it just to make them smile. Then we come to Amy! The perfect Pink. She isn't some damsal in distress in constant need of saving, she's strong. Sometimes stronger than any of the men on the team. Nossan! The Heart of this Team. The man who quit his high-paying job to work odd jobs to support his sister and niece, the man who single-handily turned Lady Candelira to good, THE MASTER OF THE OLD MAN JOKE! The true Strength of Kyoryuger. There's a reason I based ModBlue off him. And I haven't even gotten to Utchy, Tessai, Ramses, Yayoi, or Torin!
And the Music. Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger has the best music in a Sentai series Ive heard in years (I adore Goseiger but). Torin's theme, IKA! Gold!, Lady Candelira's Deboss Anthem! And yes. Oh My, they dance and play music as they Henshin. But they explained that it's the song of the Earth and the Dance is their celebration. So.
The Villians! Lord Chaos, Lady Candelira, DoGold, Endorf (While he lasted)! The best villians we had in a long time to. The past two seasons and no one memorable for me, aside from Basco who should've been in more Gokaiger. This season has an entire of team of great Villians.
The stories are there to. Even Kyoryuger's filler episodes are amazing, just take Ep 40. A filler episode of Nossan trying to get hitched and it ends up being one of the best episodes of the whole damn show!

I really feel you should've given it a chance. Because you're missing so much good I only scratched the surface.
