The Keys look good enough to me. Not perfect, but good enough for not having to import them. I will await someone having video showing what the Legendary Morpher can do. They clearly have electrics hanged up to show off. Give me Gosei Morpher quality and BOA can shut up and take my money.

Whose idea was it to give the Ranger Keys a McDiet?
|
I'm happy that BOA is really going all out and making Ranger Keys...it looks like possibly all 20 years of Power Rangers are represented. However, the new proportions look really, really bad. It's not show accurate and they just look like cheap knockoff versions of the Japanese toys. I can see how eBay sellers will be preying on buyers who don't know better about the differences between the Japanese and American versions.
I think BOA deserves kudos for going this far, but sadly it ultimately falls short. |
What the heck is Jumbo Megazord?

And it can't split into the Zords? So it's a paperweight, nice. So hold it. Time out. Back the truck up. It's 2 foot tall, can't become the seperate Zords.. And they still can't give it atleast arm articulation? Wow, BoA isn't even trying anymore. |
There's way more dislike on the keys than I expected. They aren't that bad.
|
So I'm finally sitting down to take a look at the pictures and something seems off about the ranger keys. Are the pictures squished or did the keys just get done with a pie eating contest?
|
This will be the first time since Lightspeed rescue that i get the toys, those keys and the Megazord just look too good to pass up!

Keys: Fat or steroids. Atrocious. I will not buy them.
Chest: Is it a bigger chest? Or are the keys smaller? If it's a chest that will fit more keys, I'd love to get it for my superior, Japanese keys. Mobirates: Looks cool. Is there more detail on it? I might get it even if I don't get the American keys. Dragon Dagger: Definite buy. Cannot wait! Dragonzord: I also cannot wait for this. Almost a guaranteed buy. Giant Megazord: I look forward to learning more about it. Has some real potential. I'm liking the proportions. |

I will bet my collection that someone's gonna, at some point, post some comparison pictures of that Giant Megazord alongside Generations Titan Metroplex.

I mean, okay man. I don't really get how that works. Especially since these are spring-loaded, so they function better than the Japanese ones. At best they're just not quite as visually appealing, not like the real ranger keys are works of art anyway. Quote:
I think the point is this Jumbo Megazord will be under $50. It's not meant to be anything more than a big simple toy for kids to swing and crash around. |

How do you guys think the blade on the Dragon Dagger will be done?

Honestly, the Ranger Keys look a lot better the more I see them. I'm so excited! I can't get these any sooner! I want them now!
|
They're just so tubby looking though. Makes it hard to get excited for them.
|
I think the Ranger Keys look fine. They're a little big, but I don't see how anyone could pull the "BETRAYAL!" card just because the keys aren't the same are the Japanese ones.

Gokaioh is an awesome toy and probably my favourite mecha, Magiking aside. He has by far the best auxillary mecha too and Gozyujin is awesome as well. Yes he's hollow, but that's because of his gimmick and it doesn't even make him weigh less, he's definitely heavier then any BOA Megazord mold and he looks beautiful. I just love the way he looks.
This toy is a neutered mess. Quote:

Very happy to see the Dragonzord by BoA, finally!
