Tendou, the genius of all, i love his character so much, so damn cool

Tendou is the one comedic character that has made me laugh out loud the most in Rider, and I'm only up to like episode 14 or 15.

That's one card. Sure, he can manipulate time, but his actual power in that form is not very strong.

Or is this like a Hyper Kabuto situation where no matter how strong you are, you'll get beaten by Hyper Clcok Up by the time out?

Sure time manipulation is good but how much power does Hyper Kabuto actually have?

It isn't just about raw power though, its about technique. And even if OOO had the edge in power I'd say Tendou trumps Eiji in technique.

Even if he is my favorite Rider, I'd say Eiji lacks proper technique. Sure he has shown to be able to adapt to situations and has a versatile arsenal of powers, but Eiji's fighting style is a bit erratic, seeing as he has to change up his strategy every time he switches combos. Unless he sticks to just one or goes all out with his different Combo clones, Eiji's brute strength can be outmatched with Tendou's by-the-book fighting style.

Thinking about it more, you could then argue that Eiji's erratic nature would work to his advantage. The Riders Tendou fought were much more disciplined so without proper knowledge of his abilities the sheer variety of OOO could throw Kabuto off-edge.

Or of course, Tendou could BS his way through it like he always does :lol

Kabuto/OOO is definitely a matchup where I feel external factors would end up playing a huge part in things.

Zeo, i read in the wikia, decade is also capable of transform into hyper kabuto but was defeated by stronger charge up...

I guess with OOO the big question is whether we factor in the Ankh support, since he tended to do most of the combo selection and strategy. Without that help I'd definitely agree that Eiji has problems as a fighter.

Well, we've seen Eiji able to handle things on his own with combos in Megamax's climax, when they fought against that Masquerade Dopant/Waste Yummy/Dustards army, even if they were just the single colored ones.

I just have a hard time putting faith in Eiji's medal choices after this exchange:
Ankh: "This Yummy is weak to bright sources of light!"
Eiji: "But I don't have the Lion medal!"
*Tosses him the Peacock medal*
Eiji: "Oh right! I can use fire, too!"

Decade Complete form can only summon their final rider forms not actually use their powers.

This whole thing is awfully subjective though, when you come down to it. More than just Kabuto can use some sort of hyper speed. Recently we've seen OOO, Gaim Jinba Cherry, Wizard, all use a form of it. Kabuto's really a one trick pony when you think about it. What you need for a most powerful rider is a little bit of everything.

Err, sir sentai, if nt mistaken, hyper kabuto pretty much is a hax, cosidering his hyper typhoon shot and hyper kick and slash, along with flight capability, that is pretty much of everyrthing. Especially he is pretty good with close combat technique, lol, not that i like kabuto, i love decade more, so it is very good is someone coulda explain how decade own kabuto's hyper clock up

Or perhaps wizard infinity coulda be the best candidate considering his various type of attacks especially area attack

True enough, but everything relies on his Clock Up ability. Tendou does have natural fighting talent, to be sure, but so does every Rider. I just don't see him standing toe to toe against Wizard Infinity All Dragon or Gaim Kachidoki, or even Gaim Kiwami.

Kabuto's fighting style is counter based.
He has actual combat ability. He's not like Gaim, Kiva, or the like who just throws themselves at their opponents.

Also, do enlighten me on how Gaim, a guy with two sticks and gun that doesn't fire anything special, can beat Kabuto (After all, you said the visibly slower Kachidoki can beat Kabuto)
