Yes Dairenoh, that is correct. She is from Kaku.
Her name is Kyuubi No Kistune (Nine-Tailed Fox) and she is from episode 40.
Hint: "Kids are cool", was the slogan as Fox kids was using when the second and third season of power rangers aired. And it was those two seasons who took elements and monsters from kaku.
Fun to know, when she was converted into power ranger, she was made into a catXD

His name is Mangekyou Hakushaku and he was from episode 36
