well with the Gosie Morpher Bandai did a good job in adding a large range of sounds and Legendary did okay, but what concerns me is how big it will be and weather or not it will be able to fit two of those batteries (forgot what they are called), but it does seem to have some good details to it even though by law the end of the barrels have to be orange because guns are scary. Also the Battery seems to have a image of the ranger on it, weather or not the is a dinosaur on the flip side (if there is a flip side) has yet to be seen

There are 4 sides on the BOA batteries compared to BOJ who had 2. I highly doubt the dinosaur ones are gone as they are the main thing for the batteries.

I think they fixed the Triceratops. It looks more pink than purple now.

The triceratops tested better during prototype stages (ie: kids preferred purple over pink) but after the massive backlash from fans during SDCC 2014, they changed it back to a pink color.

Bandai listened to the fans and that's AWESOME.

Indeed. :) I think also during testing, kids probably didn't associate the triceratops with the Pink Ranger. They probably saw that purple looked better. I think if I was a kid, I'd prefer a purple zord purely for the look of the figure, but if I wanted a representation of the Rangers' Megazord, then pink for me.

Of course, it's been ages since I was a kid, so all just speculation. :lol

It shows to those that still think the fans have no power, we do. If we show Bandai there is enough support for somethin, it can get made.

I didn't really realize this until now, but that sword is huge! It's not a small butter knife but of a decent size!

What month do they generally start rolling out the toys for next season? I remember when I Was little it was around Christmas. Does that still hold true?

I remember the Super Megaforce toys started to pop up in select stores around late November and didn't become more common in local retail stores until late January.

I'll have to be on the lookout in November. I really want to pick up the zord for Dino Charge.

Tends to be Toys'R'Us around Thanksgiving and WalMart/Target around Christmas or a little after.

Hopefully that means that those stores near me will FINALLY get the newer legend figures in.

Anyone think they'll continue making the "not-Retrofire" Megazord figures in this line?

I hope so, they're pretty neat.

As do I, since I'm pissed they released a Zord-Builder Gosei Wonder and NOT a Retrofire one.

It'd be such an easy retool, they've got no reason not to do it.

Especially since they decided to release the Zord Builder. It wouldn't be such a big dealing they just left the WGG out of the toyline entirely, but they didn't.
You didn't see them release a Retrofire Datas Hyper despite not having it in Zord Builder.

Pretty cool artwork, I like it alot better than anything we've gotten since the Disney days. But God, why did they make those weird mixing Ranger figures? That's money & material that could've been used for making a couple Ten Guardian Zyudenryu Cycles.....

It looks like Dino Charge toys release either today or Saturday in select Toys R Us stores. I hope a few people here will post some images of the toys soon later this weekend. I doubt my local Toys R Us will get them until the end of January.

Packaging

The front of the of the packaging is the standard packaging that we have come to expect. As for the back that is a totally different story. Like the Zords each Ranger has a their own pictures taken from the show, and on top of that each Ranger has a separate Bio stating their name, color, group, and zord; with a brief description of the character on top.

Red' Bio: Lucas lives everyday like it's an adventure. As team leader of the Rangers, he is driven by a love for action & new experiences, as well as the mystery of his missing father.

Blue's Bio: Koda does his caveman best to adapt to modern life with his now Ranger friends. When he isn't trying to figure out video games and cars, he keeps busy battling Sledge and his henchmen.

Pink's Bio: Shelby is a rough n' tough tomboy who doesn't mind getting her nails dirty! She balances her though physicality with a sharp mind and a love for paleontology.

Figures

Male Figure: Red Example, Comparison to Super Megaforce Green

Size/Shape: They are slightly taller then the Super Megaforce figures, mostly due to the longer neck. The head is considerably smaller. The chest and biceps are slightly beefier, causing the arms to have this weird zigzag type curve to them.


Articulation: They have the standard articulation that we have come to expect from the 5" figures, and yes their shoulder pad is on a hinge joint.

Paint: This is part the paint job is what you expect from BOA by now. the front of the figures are perfectly reproduced from the show, while the back is left almost bare; there is a silver lining ( pun intended ) for the back. Even though they stopped the black a yellow paint mid-way through, they completed the sash with a silver stripe along the back.


Accessories: they each come with a pea green Kyoryu Changer, and Kyoryu Calibur. the changer has a peg on the left side to connect it to the Ranger's belt.


Size/Shape: Like the males, the Pink Ranger is slightly taller than SMF Yellow, and the head is smaller, but the proportions seem to match up pretty well. also no zigzag arm.

Articulation: The standard articulation that we have come to expect from the 5" female figures, shoulder pad is on a hinge joint, and skirt is a separate piece with a slight give to it for some leg articulation; and yes you can recreate that infamous scene. The part of the door is played by the T-Rex Zord, and the part of Ian is played by Koda.

Picked up the 6inch dogold/fury figure, and it's really nice. I love me some villian figures.

Out of curiosity, which store and how many? I never did see Prince Vekar or an X-Borg from Super Megaforce. Sadly, I figure many would say the same.

They had Fury and the Grunts at TRU. I passed on the grunt figure though.

was messing with my chargers today, cause i was putting the megazord in dino mode, and noticed that some chargers need a bit more precision and such when clicking to fully change the picture. i only had to do this with pink tricera charger. anyone else notice this with the chargers? the clear one with the megazord you barely have to press for it to change I noticed also, at least with mine.

My local TRU had the morpher and megazord on sale for 24.99. So check your stores if you still need either!

Any official pics of the Ammonite and Packy Zords?

Also, unsure on the Dino Chargers since I don't know where I'll put the bloody things until the Brachio Zord comes out.
