66Action Zangetsu is a really fun figure, sadly his left shoulderpad was broken right out of the box.
Easy fix but still a bummer.

Figma Makise is amazing!
The paint, sculpt, the perfectly tight joints and all those option parts, I'm blown away.
Switching hands is terrifying though.

The build was different enough from the average HG 1/144 to be a novel and entertaining diversion. The size of the finished product is a tad on the small side; the 5" scale is barely represented in my collection. Sadly the cape on this kit is rather disappointing. Instead of a soft goods or solid plastic cape we got a piece of printed plastic sheet. Given how the cape actually connects to the body, it is an easy enough fix with a small bit of black fabric. The color separation is what you would expect of Bandai and there are no stickers to speak of. It was a decent first offering in a new product line. So much so that I'm contemplating picking up the Sarah Palmer kit.

Is Disgaea a game series you would recommend?

Yes i would, there a good tactical role-playing game plus the humor in them is great.

The ones with the delivery boxes on the back were ¥4,780 at AmiAmi. The previous model, without them, was ¥4,380.

Ryugen does have a nice looking suit for such a jerk of a character, doesn't he? Oh well, I can always pretend mine is Micchy from the first ten eps or the soccer movie.

And I must ask, what is that scene with Kabuto and the Bouken girls from?

You could always have them commissioned. Not sure who that is here, but check out Rangerboard, they have a few guys that'll render those. And not just the show ones, I've seen different takes that look fantastic.

Man I'm a bit jealous of those getting Ryugen now, I won't get mine until September because I'm an idiot and combined him with Hibiki who isn't coming out till the 30th D;

I grabbed an extra scooter since I'm planning on scraping the decal off to add the one from Gaim and I wanted a backup in case I screw up monumentally. I figured they might disappear after release, as sometimes these things things do, and I didn't want to be left hanging. It's really something that only made sense in my diseased mind. :lol

Edit: Also, I was quite pleased with the No More guys. Their packaging was way better looking than I expected and the figures themselves are just bizarrely appealing.
