Do we even have any hints as to what the next Sentai after ToQGer is for them to make a decision?

What if the next Sentai is themed after...I dunno...Flowers? Or Hamsters? Where do they go from there? Back to Go-Busters?

Maybe they'll just end up using Gobusters in 2016.

I imagine they might get shown some preproduction and plans for the next toyline by Bandai but considering toy sales were a huge factor in Go-buster's consideration, how does Saban even know the next Sentai is going to be more sucessful then Toqger?

That's the thing that puzzles me. They never skipped seasons in the past so you kind of knew already what was coming. Now...it's become a guessing game. Skip Go-Busters, use Kyoryuger, skip ToQGer, use...um...something else.

Maybe they should go backwards and do Sentai shows before Zyuranger like Jetman or something.

Most likely it can be that Goseiger has fantasy animals like dragons and they have a card gimmick. Given how popular TCG like Yu-Gi-Oh is with kids, the card gimmick is too good to skip out.

I would LOL if they did a Jetman adaptation and filmed in that crappy 90's style lol.

Doesn't surprise me too much. The train gimmick is a hard sell for the US and I'm sure there would be some concerns with male Rangers sometimes wearing pink.

Go-Busters happened.

I doubt they will go backwards. It would make no sense to go backwards since they never did that before.

Saban does have a good connection with Toei. Saban could know what's going on behind the scenes and got the rights to Kyoryuger early on in 2013. Maybe the Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters was made with a North American mindset seeing how the Go-Busters have very little screen time. It's not like Toei has made something with a international mindset before.

Anywho, I still want an answer as to why Toei let Saban skip Go-Buster, will probably let them skip ToQger, but didn't let them skip (or rather, spare) Goseiger.
It's not that I have a problem with skipping, it's that I want to know why we can all of the sudden. Even if it's just a picture of Yusuke Okada tearing up the old contract before signing a new "Free 2 Skip" contract.

I don't want ToQger to be skip out neither, but I guess Nick put the PR series behind track that it made it hard for Saban to catch up. If they adapt ToQger in 2017 without skipping more seasons then they will never catch up. I would like to see what they can do with ToQger with the story and characters. With Z, they would have to make a new original villain since he's a human character.

That makes sense. It'll also allow them to do catch up. It all really depends on what next year's theme is.

Perhaps adapting Goseiger made them realise the difficulty in not being able to skip. Or the lack of flexibility.

That's the thing though, before Dino Charge it could be safely assumed that we were gonna get an adaptation of Go-Busters after Super Megaforce but ever since the announcement that they were adapting Kyoryuger instead it's thrown everything out and any theory has equal footing based on what we know.

I really think the gimmick had something to do with Goseiger being adapted. The cards were a huge draw for collectors and kids and then they followed that up with the keys. Go-Busters didn't offer anything like that, but Kyoryuger has the batteries. ToQger has the resshas, but if kids aren't interested in trains, might as well save the plastic and adapt whatever is next.

It's all about making money off the toys. But from what I have heard/read, ToQger has had pretty successful toys sales.

Old news Im afraid. Those were MMPR Movie Megazord customs on display at MMPRToys' booth. They are indeed very awesome high quality customs but unfortunately they are just that :(

Pity, because honestly I want those more than pretty much every legacy item announced :(

FYI - no confirmation that the face of a villain is a "NEW VILLAIN FOR DINO CHARGE". It's been stated by Saban Brands that they plan to use the "Chaos" monster in the series.

I almost thought that PR Movie Ninja Megazord was a real upcoming toy and thought "Oh, God, why!? It looks so bad!"
