Seriously the worst day for purchases I've had in years. Every box I got today had something terribly wrong with it or in the case of the ones the post office has lost, they never showed up.

Oh man I'm sorry to hear this dude, I had this happen a few months back, one of the main offenders was Kabuto having a blemish on his armour, for what was meant to be a high quaity figure it was just heartbreaking.

So the exclusives are SHF Rose Attacker and Shin Zangetsu, 15 Lockseed and KyoryuBlue and Green (which finally round out my first full sentai team :D)
I also managed to find a cheap W Fang Joker who've I had my eye on for a while as well as finally getting Garren and his bike because they're reallllly expensive together and I had to wait for the rerelease to get one at a decent price range.

The art books are pretty much all KLK related, except for the small black one which is from Kinuko the lead animator from Skull Girls.

Blue Raker & Green Raker impulse buy. They don't have any accessories or decals (except for factory applied ones), but are in pretty good shape otherwise. The eBay seller wasn't sure what he had, I low-balled in an offer and explained what they were. Kinda surprising to me, the offer was accepted.

MY Zangetsu and Rose Attacker both have glaring paint issues. The Gold Cycle was supposed to be brand new/unopened, it was very opened and very used. The Gold power coin came in a set from starlight studios which I split with some friends on Twitter. 6 coins split 4 ways that is and they mis-shipped part of the order. Bowser (whose back you can't see when he's in the box) has white spikes with huge chunks of paint missing revealing green underneath. So yeah, my shipping woes and toy purchases are pretty tainted this week.

At least there's nothing wrong with Venom... right?

If it makes you feel a little better, that DX Great BaanGaan I posted last month (I think) was supposed to be new, unopened but was actually quite used, broken, and missing pieces (and instructions.. oh so important instructions). I paid $400 for that off of Yahoo Auctions Japan.

To further rub it in, Mandarake ended up listing a used one for $250 a couple weeks later and I bought it. It was in better condition than the "new" one.


...I still need to take pictures of the "new" one and try to sell it at quite a loss.

So that's what it looks like.

My first Bowser actually had some kind of molding issue or something on the side of his mouth where it seems like a part of the plastic tried bubbling up or something. I exchanged it for another, which doesn't to have any noticeable QC...though I will say with a company like Jakks Pacific, QC is usually a major thing with all the toys they put out.

Sorry to hear about the Figuarts woes. Exclusives should be pristine condition for what you pay indeed, and the fact that you ordered new and got used...

Doesn'y anyone find it weird that Shin Zangetsu was the exclusive even though it was the more prominent suit used between it and normal Zangetsu?

Well, with Figuarts nowadays, it's usually only the main Riders that get retail releases, and the OG Zangetsu suit features more prominently in promotional material as a main Rider.

I only recently got into them. But I've gotten into the habit of collecting autographs, so I figured having this wouldn't hurt. I'm MUCH more excited that I scored an Orange Caramel one the other week.

Sorry to have to break it to you Prinny, but your three Sailor Moon Figuarts are bootlegs. Out of the package they would probably compare unfavorably to the real versions, but the most telltale sign is the lack of Bandai and Tamashii Nations logos on the front of the boxes as well as that foil cat sticker that should be on all three of them as well.

It is alright i got them for a far less then what they where selling for and i kinda figured, but thank you for you kindness in looking out for me
