One would assume that Gems with extraordinary powers would be leaders. Bit look at Sapphire. She was a common gem with a gift. Maybe there's no rhyme or reason to who has what powers. Only time will tell.

As for RQ being a diamond, it's a good theory/thought. I saw in a theories video on YouTube that a Pink Diamond was shown fighting another Gem (I think it was a Diamond). This same Pink Diamond's face was shown later and it heavily resembled RQ. Like I said this was all from a theories video, so who knows.

Also, Peridot calling YD a clod was hilarious. Can't wait to see how much she'll contribute to the CGs. Also, according to a small 5 second promo I saw, Peridot tries to give a gift to Lapis Lazuli with Steven standing right behind her. This can mean one of two things. One of which being, JASPER IS ON THE LOOSE!! That psychotic, egomaniacal, über butch lesbian of a gem is out there somewhere. And the other being that Lapis actually defeated her. I'm thinking the first is more likely.

The other thing that speaks for Rose being a Diamond are the Gem placements, the Beach City Bugle pointed that out: On the signs in the base the white diamond is on top, blue and yellow underneath and the pink one is at the bottom.

White Diamond has her Gem in her forehead, Blue and Yellow Diamond have them in their chests, Rose’s is in her belly. That forms the same placement of Diamonds: Head, chest, belly.

But what makes this theory kinda impossible is that Rose’s Gem doesn’t look like a Diamond like the rest of them do. This could be symbolic for her being different, but every Diamond introduced so far has the same shape of Gem, only in a different color.

I don’t know, maybe she’s just a higher up warrior or something or an aristocrat among Gems. But her being a Diamond would give Steven another edge that could help end the Gem Empire eventually.

Just watched something on YouTube that made me realize something. When Pearl is in her spacesuit it has PINK DIAMOND On the chest. This just further causes me to wonder if RQ is actually PD.

Yeah I've been on the Rose is Pink Diamond theory for a while. It makes a lot of sense. I even saw another wrinkle to add to the theory that in the images of the four diamonds we see together the diamonds are positions where there gems are on their bodies, and the pink one is on the bottom and Rose's gem is on her stomach. I mean Pearl's pink diamond on her spacesuit is one of the biggest clues we have.

If Connie gets left behind it's so she can protect the city. She is the only one with any kind of skills. Well, aside from Sadie's strength that is.

It'd be just so weird to build Connie up just to abandon her.
I mean, how interesting of a plot development would it be for a gem to see Rose's Sword and abduct Connie over it?
I mean, yeah, it does turn her into a damsel in distress, so it's not the best idea in the world, but I just want Connie to play a larger role.

I think it's stupid. That's a horrid idea. I'd faster believe the "Lion is Greg's cat" theory before that.

Rose loved other humans, but the key part of that conversation that no one seems to keep in mind is that Rose never understood the sensation of being "In love," which seems to be disregarded.

Well, Rose could be Pink Diamond. There's a lot we don't know. I'm not against the theories that say she could be. I also think Lion could very well be a part of Rose.
But the ideas of past lovers and that bullshit? Nah.

Personally, I think it's impossible. There's absolutely no mention that Rose, or any other Gem for that matter, can/could turn a human, or any other being, into an animal/creature with Gem-like abilities. Steven has been the only exception so far because of what had to happen in order for him to be born.

He was obsessed with finding the CGs but before he can find it, He was turned into a lion by an evil gem however Rose managed to save Lion but she left him behind in a desert because she was worried about CGs might attacked Lion. She used to come to desert and give her stuff to Lion

I don't think anybody ever noticed it before. And if they had, they never would have paid any attention to it because they only hold it for a split second.
