Kuuga: The show was great and I love how Kuuga had no secondary riders but normal humans helping him along the way. Maybe I watched too much anime...but Kuuga and the police officer almost gave me gay vibes near the end. Bromance!
Agito: I felt it was similar to Kuuga just with secondary riders and more mystery than a kill-them-all. It was enjoyable but I kind of hate Tojo...I mean what is his freaking deal? One minute, he acts like a jerk but then is actually not... Ryuki: Riders fighting each other...a nice concept. This series threw me off a little as Knight got his upgrade first while Ryuki got his like 13 eps later and then the ending. I was used to the primary rider getting the upgrade first and all lol. Faiz: My favourite series. I love how Takumi is so angsty for a primary rider and that he doesn't really abuse his final form. Blade: Awesome and I love Chalice! The last arc gave me so much gay vibes. I lost count how many times Kenzaki and Hajime call each other names. Kabuto: The action was good in this that I will ignore how mary-sue Tendou is. Den-O: I love comedy mixed with action so this series is another one of my favourites. Kiva: Everytime I see this...I am reminded of Twilight but better. The whole two timeline storytelling was interesting...I actually liked Otoya's story more than Wataru's. Decade: I hate the AR world riders... W: Detectives! Enjoyed the hard-boiled theme and the cases. OOO: I liked the pure color combos of this but the villains were pretty weak. Fourze: Highschool setting is a plus, villains...meh. Forms...meh. Wizard: Slowly got booooring I skipped episodes...like really I never skipped episodes lol. Gaim: I was not expecting such a dark story lol. Drive: I totally guessed how it was going to happen since the Roidmudes were on par with the Riders...totally saw that team-up looong time ago. Again, I enjoyed it...maybe bcoz of the police theme? xD Ghost: DRAAAAAGGGGGRYYY...maybe because of the theme of the show. Villains were just there for no reason...like a certain general. The suits were awesome though. Ex-Aid: So far, nothing but awesomeness~! |
Faiz rules, it's good to see lots of love for it in here.
I haven't tried out Ghost yet, but it looks potentially interesting. I love that Kamen Rider: The First movie a lot, I hear that's controversial among some fans, being not much like the original show. Still is just a great movie in my book. |

I finished Hibiki last night and I rather enjoyed episodes thirty through forty-eight.

They're both awful, awful series. The only positive Kuuga has is that Yusuke was a tolerable character, whereas Tsukasa was a pile of bile. Quote:
I'm still not really feeling it. He has the Shift cars that power him up, but then he has the traditional form changes, and 5 of them at that. It still feels too excessive. |

Eh, still less tools than Fourze iirc |
Also... Oren straight up lusts after Takatora. I mean, of all the times that someone tries to make out any relationship between males to be sexual, this is one of the times where I have to jump in and say, no, this is. Like, this isn't even subtext, it's... text.
...Now I need to go read about a million Kanji/Naoto fics to get myself back to normal... |

And I'm going to say, if that's true, there is so many unfortunate implications to that.
Unless you want to tell me that childhood abuse makes people gay. Because that's what it would be in Kanji's case. He's never interested in men for their own sake, it's because he was bullied by girls as a child. For Pete's sake, the only characters he shows any real interest in is Naoto, who is not male, and the protagonist, who is a Memetic Sex God. That plus the way the TV world actually works... yeah, the evidence is not there. I don't care what they told Baker, it doesn't hold water. |
I honestly just don't see it.
So many of their social norms can be misconstrued as homosexual to a western audience that I always felt it was more of a humorous, over the top appreciation for Zangetsu. Kanji was just a case of him being really bad at expressing himself. His insecurities was about enjoying things not seen as masculine. So everyone immediately took it as homosexuality (Also, his line about "It's not about whether it's gay or straight" (Or something of that ilk) didn't help clear things up). |
Precisely.
That plus the continual ship-tease ever since the original release with Naoto says, well, it's interesting things. If nothing else, he likes her. Period. I'm still mad about the epilogue necklace thing, Atlas. You freaking trolls. As for Oren... well, the problem is he also falls into Japanese stereotypes of homosexuality, so... yeah. I'm usually the guy complaining about the rainbow-tinted glasses that some fans have, this is surreal for me. |

Gaim couldn't go Orange-Pineapple, for example. Each Lockseed was a form change, but he didn't have 20 other sub forms he could also call on at the same time. Same goes for Ghost. Haven't watched enough of Ex-Aid to comment on him. I'm not really disagreeing with Fourze. I'm just saying that all the forms for Drive is what puts me off from watching it. I watched Fourze as it aired. This isn't an argument of quality and which one handled things better, this is just interest in sitting down and watching the show through :lol |

Talking about Kanji can be such a landmine filled trap because of this. |
(When did this become a Megami Tensei forum?)
On topic though, I think that Banno as a villain was too little too late. It usually takes me a while to get into new characters, so by the time I was really getting into him the show was over. |

So this series doesn't get discussed much, but from what I've seen recently this appears to be a minority opinion:
I don't hate the second half of Super-1. It's stupid, but I'm cool with it. |
You know what's a really good Kamen Rider series? Black RX.

I am don't like Kuroto Dan's personality. I think Kuroto's jeaulous personality is too childish when he know about other Rider Gashats created by Emu and Tsukuru. Also, his reaction is too emotional and sometime he is impatient in some moments.
But yeah....I am love how Kuroto obtain data for Dangerous Zombie Gashat and Kamen Rider Chronicle game..... Yeah..this is my personal opinion about Kuroto. I am really sorry if my words has some mistakes.... |

Your English is mostly fine, you use 'am' a bit too much though. But it's still understandable and that's what matters |

I had to really think about this so here is the only ones I can think of that I guess be controversial.
I have no idea why people like Hibiki I tried it twice and could never get past episode 2. I liked the first half of Drive, I just found it enjoyable. I liked the first half of Ghost and the two episodes in the second half where people got smarter and started to drink honey. Quote:
