Yup, it's (Neo) Kuroto's dad. I doubt anyone was surprised by this. I think that's a bit lame however, it's the second time they replaced the current villain with someone we knew all along but has more power than expected.

Still a good episode though, I really liked Hiiro's father in this one. Legitimately funny stuff.

Action-wise I enjoyed Cronus' time stop ability, pretty cool. Getting some serious DIO-vibes from this, as is everyone else who knows Stardust Crusaders I imagine.
