I'm putting on my Dragonic tinfoil hat and guess that they don't want to use Dragonic Knight because it's extremely difficult to do stunts in and is easily damaged.

Think of its last outings, it doesn't go through any straining movements like Crimson Dragon, the latter tumbling around during the 20s. Whenever Touma brings out Dragonic Knight, it's usually only to clash swords or pull out special attacks.

My guess is that the Dragonic Suit is, for some reason, fragile, or the silver sheen is easily damaged. There were many opportunities for Dragonic Knight to be reused as a suit for another rider (I.E. Storious or Solomon), but wasn't for whatever reason.

Also this part on his debut. When Calibur hits him on the chest, you might see it for a brief second (or it could just be the video quality, might to have to recheck on a RAW), the suit gets scuffed immediately. Same vein as Kenzan's chest plate during his Retsuden and final fight with Dezast. Only that Kenzan's probably cheaper to replace.

I love Dragonic Knight, it's my favorite form for Saber, with Xross probably little close behind it, just sad with how mistreated the form is most likely from suit materials used.

It's a nice retool, the black and gold really help it stand out. Very fitting of a Bahamut.

Also I find it funny how we got our Elemental Emotional mishmash after we got that one scan of Elemental mid-transforming into Emotional and people thought it was a new form.

I wouldn't call it better than Xross Saber though, while simple, that coat of paint and shade of blue it had was beautiful, alongside it having two additional forms to it.

My favorite part is probably going to be how it stands next to Storious. From what I read around Saber supposedly teams up with Storious, so it looking like this makes it a neat matching pair.

I am so not amused by this. The color scheme I love, but the placement of the scheme clashes against their positioning on the suit; the colors are literally slapped onto the Primitive Dragon design that doesn't complement it at all. Primitive Dragon's design had its colors align with their positioning, but this here insults me. Also why Primitive Dragon?

However, I will give them points for having the helmet's visor remove that green to make it resemble a moon, whether that was intentional or not. Also the usage of city landscapes is a great idea.

EDIT: Okay, it's not that obvious in this picture because we're not seeing the suit from the front but I just realised that the yellow slapped across the chest is supposed to look like a lightning blot of some sort. I'm still annoyed at the dragon shoulder but the lightning bolt aspect makes the suit more tolerable for me.

My guess is they were looking for suitable suits to bash and this just happened to be one looked a little neutral enough to use that's not either Espada's wonder combo or Rintarou's suits. The latter being a little too specific in their design with the lion chest.

Edit to shorten things: A lot of Saber suits are just being used at the time I suppose with the main Saber suits being used for the Final Stage. So, even if you want, say, the Alangina shoulder to replace the Primitive shoulder, you can't because the Espada suit is being used. A victim of circumstance.

I guess this thread has just become the post show Saber thread since we've been putting stuff from the final stage here. And now we've got a mysterous new rider. Gee I wonder who it is. Kyomu is covering it up but the new rider wonder ridebook is of the big variety ala Jaou Dragon and X-Swordman

Also can we just talk about how much Kyomu got used for a 20 minute movie yoy I'm impressed.

No. It states her as the Fourth. And it can only cay that because the series has ended. Before she 4th wielder it had Kento as 3rd. It didn't say "current", simply 3rd. Also, you shouldn't put so much stock into what the site says. It can be wrong from time-to-time since it's a fanmade thing.

Yeah a timeskip of 8 years makes things pretty definitive. Like, making anything else to predate that will be a ton of hassle to keep the timeline clean. Not that that has stopped Toei in the past before...

Now I know why I can't seem to bring myself to enjoying Revice, it's because this show was too good on its own. Not that Revice is bad, it's just that this show was so well-made and this whole epilogue is proof. :rock:

Having found the song on Youtube, I have to agree. Bittersweet really lives up to its name with the tone and how the song flows.
