How do those TOS Star Trek figures fit in scale-wise with Figuarts?

Given the game supports custom soundtracks, if you have MP3s of the original songs, you can slot them in on your own.

very poorly. The AA/DST figures are 7 inches tall, maybe 7.5", so they're giants compared to Figuarts.

Even the playmates line, which is far more extensive, is still too big, somebody happens to have one here at work, and it's still head and shoulders taller than my Figuarts.

Ooh. That's cool. I'd love to fight hordes of mooks with Beat a Nail with your Hammer playing.

I'd put that on every damn game if they let me. :)

Oooh, so that's what that blank Custom BGM menu is for. I guess it's time to start getting my MP3s onto my PS3 then.

Yep. You can slot in stuff for when you have an ally fighting beside you, when your super mode activates, when your rival attacks, etc.

That's probably why all the music is TV-size--these are short-lived events in the game (ideally, fights shouldn't go over two minutes, bar the final battle in the game, which has its own extended theme) and don;t need to run indefinitely.
