Huh, interesting. I think you're right, I can see some of Zangetsu's helmet patterns in it's head.

It has the head of Zangetsu but the overall body (and skirt) of Ryugen.

Fan theories have names for the two Overlord Inves- Deemushu is the red one, and Redyue is the green one.

My theory on the Overlord Inves-

The ones we've seen so far- the one Kaito encountered and the newly revealed one- are what happened to the Baron and Ryugen from the war in the first episode. The reason why Blonde Mai is talking to the people in the current time is because she really doesn't want history to repeat itself in Gaim's dimension.

I agree with you. Maybe this new overlord is a fusion between the ryugen and zangetsu that were together in the war.

also, I noticed a thing: in gaim's suppost jinber melon form the green pattern on the armor doesn't seem the melon one neither closed or opened and as I know the genesis driver has a green led color on the ''soda glass'' so maybe there will be another energy lockseed and that will unlock the green jinber form

I think it's just a "potential future". I dunno, they might just be saying that to cover their arse, as I dunno, maybe they filmed that before Kouta got nine forms an episode and realised the war makes no real sense?

Urobutchi said it's a possible future, but definitely the future. The looks of the costumes and maybe some of the alliances will change. But in the end that is the future. Obviously you can't use the shows final forms and upgrades for characters in a prologue for episode 1 :lol

So I finally caught up with Gaim and am so exited about it confirming so much of my theory I'm going to pull a Den-o and brag a bit using my theory I posted on feb 14, if y'all don't mind :p

So the only thing I think I got wrong was Yggdrasil being the only reason the cracks started to appear on earth again. I still believe that the Takatsukasa Shrine and Summer Festival, especially the dance for the sacred tree by the priestess, was created to protect the earth and seal Helheim away. And that Yggdrasil's destruction of the one protection earth had and unnaturally forcing the connection between Helheim and earth to remain open that is chipping away at the barrier between Earth and Helheim. That along with taking samples from Helheim reintroducing/introducing the invasive species to earth is the main reason Earth is in danger.

Now I want to expand that theory that the whole reason Earth has only 10 years until Helheim takes over earth is because Yggdrasil's actions. The invasion might of happened eventually, but it was Yggdrasil's fault that this threat escalated. The uncontrollable increase in cracks since the show started is because of the weakened 'wall' between the two dimensions.

I think the 10 year remark by Takatora refers to how long they have til it takes the earth. Helheim is already crossing over. That 10 years is the longest the Earth can survive with Yggdrasil technology before the forest fully takes over. As is now, they can't even stop the cracks that are occurring.

I'd buy that, I mean it's not like Urobuchi hasn't done it before. :lol

Oh, alright then... I'd say go check out "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" if you're curious about how he normally does things. It's only twelve episodes long and it's surprisingly similar to Gaim as far as plot goes.

It's nice to see a relatively high-res picture of Kachidoki Arms. I think it looks awesome, and I can't wait for the Figuart! :D

My theory though is that it that the barrier between Helheim and earth was still strong and that Helheim would not be currently invading earth if Yggdrasil didn't force open their own cracks. Sometime in the past cracks appeared on earth threatening it with the same destruction as the world Helheim inhabits now but sometime in the ancient past the seed that created the sacred tree crossed demonsions and the shrine and festival somehow helped save the earth/keep Helheim's invasion at bay.

And that the reason their had been a suddenly leap into now uncontrollable amounts of cracks only five months since Ryuma actually started preforming tests on Helheim's fruits(which for me indicates it had only been five months before the show that Yggdrasil actually broke through the barrier) is because of Yggdrasil's tampering and weakening of the 'wall' between earth and Helheim. All the cracks appearing now are natural and Yggdrasil is trying to stop them but that doesn't mean they couldn't accidentally be the reason earth is in trouble. Because the natural cracks would not have happened(at least not now and with such frequency) without their actions.

From what I've seen of that show, it was pretty great.

Despite all these many theories, I'm still curious as to why Gaim is riding a horse in the intro and in the "possible future" like where did his bike go, and when did he find the time to go tame a horse to use in battle?

Urobotchi knew it wouldn't make sense for Kota to suddenly have a horse he can ride but wanted a scene of him riding a horse into battle so added it to the 'possible future' opening

I know it's all but guaranteed considering who's behind the series, but is anyone else expecting Kaito to either pull a full face-heel turn and then die redeeming himself or replace Michy as Kouta's wingman after the former fully betrays the latter, and pull a Heroic Sacrifice at some point after?

Yeah I see that now though I've always thought for the longest time that Micchy will be the one to die in the series. I also see your situation maybe with a heel-face turn with Takatora if Micchy went evil or Kaito takes over.

There is the distinct possibility of all of the above happening.
