Hey just wanted to post this for anyone wanting to put in a preorder and have a shot at getting the upcoming AC figures. And it would appear that I was right about HLJ's numbering system. AC09 on their site is in fact AC Jinba Lemon and there is no number for the Kurokage set, which was throwing me off since I've been searching based on their numbering.

I like putting in preorders on HLJ for stuff I don't care about. So then if I do get it, it's great but if I don't I won't lose any sleep. I mean hell, it paid off for Zangetsu of all ACs. I put in for Gaim's silver arms on there.

See the Kurokage set has a number. HLJ just can't be bothered to get the numbers in the correct order :lol For anyone confused by what they're doing the real numbers are:

Yeah it is a bit confusing how they set things up number wise and I hope they fix it later on. Might not seem like a big deal but truth be told I'm just used to searching for the AC figures by their numbers, AC09, AC10 etc I just found the Kurokage preorder by chance much to my surprise.

Frankly though, if HLJ actually honors my preorders they can very well call the AC figures whatever number they like :P

Shin Zangetsu has another reported date of February 8th. Wonder if this is true...

Bandai.jp's catalog says Shin Zangetsu on the 8th and Kurokage set on the 22nd. Seems reasonable.

I'm expecting people to army build Kurokage and then Bandai will do some web/premium 3-pack of the troop builder version with new colors.

Wouldn't surprise me, though I'm predicting more of a "Complete Arms Change" set where you get all of the AC fruit pieces in one bit set. (minus Suika Arms though)

That way they can say, hey remember all those AC's you bought for the single fruit armor bits? Well not you can have all of them in slightly better metallic decos for a fraction of the price it would've been to buy all the sets individually.

So has there been any announcement of them saying they're releasing two packs of the figures? Cause every time I look at ACs on Amazon Japan, they always have listings for what I assume are sets to where you get a rider (whether it be one or two figures I'm not sure) and two arms for them. No not two packs. At those ridiculous prices it's just people selling bundles of 2 figures or Arms at a time.

So I'm bad at this and have no idea when things get posted. When I looked the other day (whenever the news article on it was posted), CSToys didn't even have a listing for the Kiva Lock Seed, but now they do and of course it's sold out already. Meh, glad I'm not that determined to get into the role play stuff.

I managed to get the LED Kiva/Blade/Momo lockseeds though. ^^

Considering how in demand the AC figures are I'm actually really really surprised I managed to grab AC Gaim, Baron, Ryugen and the pine/ichigo arm sets!

Lucky you. I think the Pine/Ichigo and Mango/Kiwi sets sold quicker than the actual figures. I wasn't able to get Pine/Ichigo. Sucks that stuff sells out so quickly. And that I had 6 lock seeds to order which bogged down my time.
