No. It's because they're literally the villains, and its already been confirmed that they can brainwash people. They brainwash the crowd to attack Sento.

And while at it probably using the fact that Sento = Takumi pretty much as a means of persuation + manipulating facts, etc.

I am not too to hype to Build movie because the villain in movie looks boring when compared to villain in series.

I don't have a problem with the build movie. I have a problem with the recent trends in Neo-Heisei movies, which include:

-random villain out of "nowhere" that becomes a rider ex: Extremer, Fuma, Eternal, Poseidon, Sorcerer, Mars, Dark Drive...now Blood
often their backstories are really weak and made up "on the spot"

-for some reason the world turns to shit and theres separation that occurs between the cast: OOO time hole, Philip gets separated from Shoutaro?, Deaths in Gaim soccer movie, Shinnouske most wanted, now Ryuga and Sento

-"Promoted form" gets used for 5 seconds

-Main character only uses final form at the end of the movie

-sometimes they bring a dead character back for 5 seconds (not sure about this one)

Would like to add some of the 1st phase Heisei rider movie exclusives were like that too such as Psyga, Caucasus, Gaoh.

Was gonna avoid those because I thought it wasn't a trend back then but then I remembered Glaive, Arc, Ryuga?, Hibiki riders, and G4...XD

Build's actors must be almost done filming we should see the other cast members' wrap-up photos soonish.

As Evolt has a Rider suit and can shapeshift, it's very possible that actor was done a while before the others.

So I think I know why Papa Katsuragi is mostly in Ninja Manga form. Aside from how useful it is, His name is Shinobu. The kan-on for Shinobu is 'nin' as in the same kanji used for ninja. Toei and their wordplay, man. :lolol

I fear that the blue knuckle will end up being a colossal tease again and not lead to another form.

That said, I'd love to see the (former) Jelly Bros have a matching look again, and a blizzard-themed version of Banjo's knuckle form would be pleasantly like an inversion of the Cross-Z Charge -> Cross-Z Magma palette shift.

There is always the chance it will appear on the epilogue V Cinemas after the show is done.

I still hope Zi-O will be appeared in Build last episode.

Oh good jesus christ I love it, I fucking LOVE that they give him the Robot-Arm that Build has when he uses Robot. I wasn't sure if they'd do the same as with Cross-Z and make a double of the Robot Half Body, but this is my fucking jam.

Honestly I don't even care the thing is a mix and repaint of many things. The fact he is getting an upgrade is awesome by itself.

I like it, but it's too bad they couldn't copy the Robot Half's shoulder along with the arm.
It just looks kind of odd for him to still have those shoulders when not using the Sclashjelly, but maybe it's just me.
