With the Garo anime currently airing in Japan, I wonder if SHF Golden Knight Garo will get reissue? From what I can remember that he was a retail release.

The Shinkocchou Seihou SHFs are designed to have very human proportions. I've played around with Kabuto and Hibiki and they manage to look very natural in w/e pose I feel like putting them in. I eagerly await the 3rd entry into this line.

I doubt it. They haven't reissued him because of any of the other Garo shows and Bandai seem to keep all their Garo figures to the Makai Kado line now.

So I was thinking, maybe I should try to get Beet Blue so that I can at least have a figure of something Kirin Ranger's actor played as since they will never do a Kirin Ranger.

I'm pretty sure he is still up for pre-order on NY. I would try to pre-order him now before it's too late. Who knows how much he will go up for on the After Market.

Yeah he's sold out over on NY, and BBTS doesn't have any either. He's still on Image Anime though...for double the price.

That's a shame. I would like to see Garo getting more S.H Figuarts and with Funimation owning the rights to the Garo anime in the US then Bluefin can work out a deal to release possible Garo exclusives. Not to mention I have a trouble looking for SHF Golden Knight Garo lately. The prices for Ebay are too high for my taste.

That just isn't going to happen. Bandai tried out doing SHF Garo figures and they just never really sold that well. That's why the line is entirely Makai Kado now. It's all one big collectors line and every consecutive release in the last 2 or 3 years has been Web Exclusive. Garo is too niche of a market even for mass retail even in Japan. I see it being very unlikely such things will ever be sold in the US.

Does anyone think Bandai will reissue Kamen Rider Black Renewal? I was hoping they would to go with the Shadow Moon Renewal.

I wish I had gotten into Kamen Rider earlier, but it wasn't until after Gaim started winding down that I started checking out older series. Now I'm hooked on Black, Blade, and trying to learn about the rest as time allows. I'm somewhat caught up on RX and Blade releases, but nowhere with Black. Which of course is one of the coolest looking Riders. My fatal flaw is I can't help but buy the motorcycles too. Lol.

Yesss! Finally scored a Bravo off of Mandarake!

Right after I placed my order last night, I got a FigInStock alert for a Gridon also... both were from Nakano. I almost ordered it also and then hope they combined them. But 7500 shipped just for Bravo kinda makes me feel okay with waiting longer for Gridon haha. Hopefully "box resealed/not used/box damaged" will still mean it's in good shape like usual.

Except for Ryugen, does it seem like the Gaim Figuarts are overpriced on Mandarake? I saw Lemon Energy Gaim on there and they wanted 9,000Y for it.

Yeah they are all pretty overpriced. Everytime I see stuff like Bravo or Jimber on there its not under 6000 Yen.

I've never seen Kachidoki Gaim for less than 6000, or Baron for less than 5000.

The popularity of Gaim has made people sell them higher on the after market now. Looks like you may to wait for future reissues for now if you want them at a lower price.

I'm in no rush to get any of them. Not to mention I really don't have the money for them. It just surprised me by how expensive they were.

I got the 'Preparation in Progress' notification for Kurokage last night. (And a shipping notice for Hakaider). Still no word on the ToQger display, though.

I've been doing the same old song and dance with Mandarake lately. It seems every time I miss something by a second.. Road Sector, Green Clover, Roboizer, Black renewal.. lol. It makes me feel fortunate to have got in on Gaim at the beginning (as well as Drive).

I wanted to pick up Kurokage after release but damn... prices are already way up. Gridon was much cheaper the first two weeks around.

I finally got my shipping notice for Kurokage. For some reason I shipped everything this month differently. SAL for Hase, FedEx for Hakaider, and EMS for the ToQger thing. I don't know what I was thinking.

Thought I might as well share it here, Sentai Tamashii just posted on Twitter that Baron Lemon Energy Arms (along with most of the other Tamashii event figures) is going to be a lucky draw figure on the webshop rather than a proper exclusive release :(

Last year I bought a Tamashii event release before it got a web release and paid about 1500 JPY more than I would have. So this year, despite knowing it would probably have a web release I ordered SHF Baron Lemon Energy Arms from Toku Taku toys.. I'm really glad I did now. I mean, it will still hit Mandarake I'm sure, but sounds like it will be pretty limited overall.. Seems like a crummy move. I think the RD Banshee figure is lucky draw too? Are any of the event figures actually getting a proper web release this year? O.o
