How do you get the swirls to not go through some of the figures?

I take two photos one just with the figures and one with the light and figures and I combine them I photoshop.

THAT'S the secret! Been going nuts trying to do that lol

Daigo: You are not welcome here!

Troy: Oh crap..... Look, I just came here to deliver a message!

Daigo: What message?

Troy: And old friend of yours is going to arrive here next week. He said his name was..... Phil?

Daigo pauses for a moment.

Daigo: Welp.... we're doomed.

What happened to Red Samurai's leg? Did it actually break or are they like balljoints so that was intentionally done for the comic and the figure is actually OK?

The leg actually broke off. :(
