But even so, I still think your over-estimating the time for Decade and under-estimating the time for OOO. But that's just my opinion.

I have to go with OOO. For every trick Tsukasa can come up use, Eiji has a response. Not to mention GataKiriBa>Have clones Henshin into other combos.

Another reason why I think OOO's change into PuToTyra will take less is because he doesn't always need to grab his scanner. There are times where the purple cores' influence cause the scanner to scan them without Eiji grabbing it. He could charge at Decade while this happens, and get in a close enough range to freeze him

Question: Have you compared the times?

Okay, rewatched MW2010 and saw how fast Decade can change. But I do have a counter for that- Eiji's Greeed form. He could just switch to it to do the freeze, then go PuToTyra

I compared both their first appearence times. Decade was actually a second or two faster. But that's not the fastest I remember them going. That is what I plan on doing later tonight (though I'm not quite sure why Haha).

I think I'm going with Decade simply based on his Gekijotai killing every other rider singlehandedly, also because he can summon every other riders ultimate form at once (in the hyper battle DVD) although really it's hard to tell who would win if we don't know how they actually go about the tactics of the battle, as one could easily say ooo wins by turning into LaGoriTa blinds Decade and smashes him with a super-speed super-punch, when another says decade turns into complete summons All Riders Ultimate forms and annihilates him with final attack ride, but that's going way too far into it, so... whatever. I think I took things a bit too far. Oh well, hey, you know what would be cool Decade-Kabuto uses Clock Up against Super TaToBa's time manipulation!

But you're assuming that he has control over his greed form. Which he doesn't. When he fought Ankh on the beach he was mindless.

What about when he and the Births fought against Maki? He knew that he could use it against Maki, but was held back by the Births
