Using the mold? Nothing about their molds are at all similar though.

Shenron was prototyped and already canned because it would just be too big. Rayquazza probably wouldn't be any more likely for the same reason.

Im not one for DBZ figuarts, but damn! That looks great! Friggin orange and Vegeta? YES!

They both have a long dragon like body, I don't see why Rayquaza can't be the same size as the Dragreder that came with the Ryuki SHF?

I also wonder if Tamashii Nations ever did figures for Freddy and Jason, would be apart of the S.H Figuarts line or the S.H Monsterarts line? I won't mind having a figure of Jason from Jason goes to Hell. The movie sucked, but I loved the design. I also like to buy a figure of Freddy from New Nightmare too.

But the molds would be 100% different. There is no reusing of a mold to be done with two entirely different things like Dragredder & Rayquaza. They wouldn't share any similar tooling at all. Sure for it's size I guess Rayquaza would be similar. But to say they could "remold" it is entirely not possible.

That's like saying I wish they could make a Ryu from Street Fighter out of D-Arts/SHF Terry Bogard. They share a humanoid type body and that's it. There would be no reusing of parts at all.

I don't care for Broli that much, I hope Coola gets made into a figuart.

While it would be nice if Cooler was made, Broly is the much more iconic villain of the two.

If Cooler did get made, which would be the preferred form? His normal one, his beefed up one, or Meta Cooler?

I say normal. Meta and his Powered up form just aren't as iconic to the character. They're all truly badass designs though. But his classic form is the best looking.

Screw both of them. I wish they'd stop wasting resources on last years (lackluster) fighting game. Let's get to a more relevant game property than this.

But I'd argue we need higher end 1/12 scale DC figures, DC Universe is good for the price point, but I want to see high quality figures of these characters in this scale...who knows? maybe Injustice is the only DC license they could get.

Oh trust me I'd love to see high end DC figures in this scale too. But Injustice just seems like the most bizarre choice now. Last year when Batman was revealed and the game still newish, it made sense. But this long after I just don't really get it.

The only thing I can think of is toy development takes time, but I do hope that we do get more relevant game characters from them...other than Mega Blaziken.

I might get this Batman, since I never got the MAFEX Dark Knight Rises one...Green Lantern will be a day one preorder from me most likely, other than that I'll probably get Flash...I probably won't get Wonder Woman, since I don't like her look in that game.

Honestly, with them saying what they did about Nappa I'm half expecting that Broly to be a ZERO.

Injustice makes sense because if gives TamashiiNations access to several DC characters with just one license. Batman is coming out first since he's big in Japan, so it's like the obligatory Optimus Prime of the line at that pricepoint.

I'm looking forward to that being Broly. But I'm waiting for his normal and regular Super Sayin forms. The beefed up Hulk Broly never did anything for me. Now if they do a Lord Slug or a Cooler? Oh I'm buying like 9 of those each.

I do think Coola will get made into a figuart since he's one of the most popular movie villains next to Broli. I hope they stick with his normal/final form and not his metal form from DBZ Movie 6. Metal Coola was a poor rehash of Cyber Freeza in my opinion.

I guess Broli sells well enough then Super #13 could be made into a figuart. I'm surprise SSj4 Goku has not been made yet.

I thought American superheroes outside of Spider-Man are not very big in Japan. I guess if Broli sells well then large size characters can work as figuarts. Hulk and Doomsday would make good figuarts in my opinion.

Japan loves Marvel/DC. You wouldn't be seeing all of these Figuarts/Figma/Revoltech/Mafex/Nendoroid figures if they didn't, since for the most part they can't be sold in the US.

Didn't the Nolan Batman movies and the Arkham games bombed over there in Japan? Japan has their own superheroes, so I can see why they don't seem to care that much for American ones. I hear the Marvel vs. Capcom games are more popular overseas. Manga of American superheroes like Shadow of Spawn and X-Men Misfits seem to sell poorly over there. I also hear most American comics don't get translated into Japanese.
