I really think you should keep watching Ryuki. It starts off kinda weird, but it makes more sense after the first few episodes, and it's all just awesome from there onward. Kabuto's alright, but Ryuki's better.

Finished Kuuga up last night. Overall I enjoyed it and thought it was a pretty good show. It had some good characters and an interesting story. I did feel the pacing of individual episodes was a bit hard to get through as sometimes you would only get a few minutes of fighting, the lack of budget really hurt this show. I also would have liked to have learned more about the Grongi. A good show, but not my favorite.

Also just started on Agito, two episodes in and I'm interested.

Yeah, Agito is great about drawing you in with its mystery-centric storyline.

I've learned some things about Kabuto.

I enjoy the Masked and Rider systems. It gives you this real impression of how powerful the Rider system is.
Clock Up is used a little to much, but still enjoyable.
The Worms Cask Forms remind me of Anima from FFX. Anyone else?
Tendou is an arrogant asshole. But still fun to root for.

It's not so much that he's arrogant but that he's been told his entire life that he'll rule the world. It gives you a bit of an ego. And it doesn't hurt that he's awesome at everything :lol

Ah Tendou. I still don't know how I feel about that guy. I hate him but like him at the same time. He's a huge dick & close to being a psychic mary-sue because of how he knows everything & almost always has the upper hand. But at the same time he has this...charm, I don't know.

Anyway, keep your eyes on Kagami, he's the real star of the show.

So Blade started getting interesting now. Garren's under the Undead's control, Chalice is trying to find out who he is & Blade is...Blade. I still don't have a grasp of what Kenzaki's character is, he seems to flip switches randomly from naive & friendly, to serious & harsh. I just don't get him. Anyway, I'm much more interested in Hajime's story right now as he feels like the type of character that's gonna go through allot of hardship & tough decisions before (or if) he becomes a full hero.

Hajime is pretty much the heart (no pun intended) of Blade. You'll get a better understanding of Kenzaki as the show goes on, though.

So I did what everyone told me not to do and watched Movie War Core.

Ignoring how godawful the OOO and War Core Portions were (simply because I won't say anything that already hasn't been said about it a million times over, but I do want to say WTF WHERE DID TAJADOL COME FROM), I didn't think that much of the W portion either. But then I've never been a particularly big fan of Skull.

The only things I liked was Shotaro's reaction to Ankh and the Accel/Birth team up. So about 1:30 mins of a 90 minute movie then.

Finished episode 29 of Agito, I couldn't stop laughing at Shouichi using a frying pan for a tennis racquet. I've really enjoyed this series so far.

I think I'm starting to understand Tendou a little better. Him helping Kagami with his little brother being a worm gives you a real insight into how he thinks.

He's still an arrogant little asshat. But he's a likable arrogant asshat.

Yeah, a lot of why Tendou works is that hired an actor with a lot of charisma. He comes off as a really likable guy, even when the character is being an epic dick.

I saw Kamen Rider The First and Kamen Rider The Next Henshins on a youtube video, don't know much about them. Or that they even existed before this. Are they any good? I'm really curious.

I thought The First was pretty good for a back to basics retelling film. I've not seen The Next but from what I gather most people don't think too highly of it.

Jew Wario just reviewed the movie to. He mentioned the same problems about the hopital love story as I did, but he was a lot more kind to the movie than I am. I do love those Rider 1 and 2 suits a lot more than their TV counterparts, so there's that I guess.

PS I've only seen 2 episodes of the original Kamen Rider and that was much more enjoyable. It had Nazis, which is always fun. :D

I'm still trucking on with OOO, but right now its Birth who I'm loving. The fact he was quite clearly lovingly ripped off Iron Man is even better.

I watched Kamen Rider The First. It honestly wasn't bad. It started kind of slow, some parts seemed to drag, but for the most part I liked this updated version of the original Riders. Looking forward to watching The Next today.

I'm not going to say "don't watch it," but I will advise you not to look forward to doing so.

Danger 5 is awesome! It's more based on late 60s low budget European spy movies but they did a Kaiju episode that that GIF is from. The entire series is available on Youtube, and you can torrent them too if you want.
