This is actually based on a silhouette in the Televi-kun scans. Looks like he's getting some sort of upgrade in a Hyper Battle DVD, and it looks to have Blood's cape. Hopefully they'll be a bit more creative than "purple Blood" though.

That only leaves Rogue being the only non-Build driver user lol. Maybe he will gain Utsumi's driver and become Mad Rogue...i can hope...and said some cool line like..

'There is only 1 Rogue...and thats me!'

The one of remaining best match Full Bottles is Crocodile Full Bottle and Remocon Full Bottle. I think it will be really cool if Gentoku wearing Evol Driver and uses Crocodile Full Bottle and Remocon Full Bottle in Evol Driver so Gentoku will be has new upgrade form. Maybe Gentoku will become Kamen Rider Neo Rouge?

It is kind of amusing how Sclash Driver was meant to be more powerful but everyone turns to the Build (or Evolt) Driver. I mean, I guess it's because all the special items need two bottle slots.

Which is funny, because only one "bottle" of the two slot items activates/deactivates sounds in the Build Driver so in theory if you modified the item you could make one that works with Sclash Driver.

I kind of hope they do just get another Build Driver for Gentoku, I was kind of disappointed by the Sclash Driver, so it being gone is fine enough by me.

V-Cinema for Cross-Z. Maybe later two part saga with Grease and Rogue if ever. And what if possible make Misora a rider?

Misora has no narrative reason to become a Rider. She's never fought, and doesn't have the desire to, either.
Heart, on the other hand, was a major combatant and character who really managed to sell what little merchandise he got. There isn't even a remote similarity between the two cases.

if this was set in the original Build World, i could see Grease and Rogue getting a V-Cinema...but now? It really depends on their popularity. Rogue probably wont get any since he already has his Televi-kun and 'Rogue' miniseries.
which is sad...because Gentoku is my fav rider of the series.

As for Grease, unless Cross-Z's V-cinema jogs his memories and he somehow gets Nebula Gas-ed again, I don't see it happening. Of course if it did...I'm guessing its gonna end up being something like Brave's V-Cinema (with Snipe)....LOVE!

They've already announced a Final Stage. And the hero of the Final Stage will be Sento. It's always the main rider.

Weirdly, several Final Stages have had supporting characters use existing forms (worst offender being Ghost, which had one for almost every luminary soul, including some characters who already had Rider or monster forms). I think it's probably an excuse to get more suits on stage simultaneously? So it's entirely possible Misora and Sawa may inexplicably become Riders in it.
