If pre-orders for Drive go up on December 1st then what time does NY open up pre-orders EST? I don't want to miss out like what I did with Gaim Orange Arms SHF.

I'm still curious as to how the preorder bonuses work.

That's the thing. From the announcement you could figure they release Drive three times, each with a different tire and effect part. But that hasn’t been confirmed or disclaimed yet, at least the last time I heard of it.

I still think Max Flare will be a pre-order bonus for Drive and Midnight Shadow as well as Funky Spike will be a separate effect set to buy later.

If it really is this stupid „buy the figure three times to get all these three tires“ I'm taking Max Flare and be done with it.

Considering those single tires each come with a set of effect parts, yes. I most certainly would buy them.

Ayup. I'd definitely be in for those. The effect pieces elevate the tires above something like the Fourze module sets (which I unabashedly loved anyway).

Maybe they sell Funky Spike and Midnight Shadow in one pack? That would be much better for a 20 Dollar-ish price point.

I guess no one can help me out on what time nippon-yasan will open up pre-orders for Drive EST? Kuuga renewal sold out quick on NY and I want to pre-order Drive when he comes up on December 1st.

There is no set time for N-Y. They can start adding items as early as 10pm EST and they list things according to some internal system periodically throughout the night. They aren't as rigid on when they add stuff as some other retailers are.

Edit: Usually, it seems like they try to start midnight-ish and new items will pop up every fifteen minutes or so. But it can be all over the map with them so narrowing down a precise window is difficult.

Given the finisher we saw in the first episode (sadly not used again), i wouldn't actually mind having several Drives to reenact it!

On a personal level, I'll probably pass on them. I would love Midnight Shadow, but I just don't think the series is that good enough to buy everything for it.

Same here. Especially when you consider Tridoron and how the tires can be integrated into it or displayed with it. They are must haves.

I got one in the second wave at AmiAmi. I'm not too pleased with some of the customer service horror stories, but I'm not staying up all night to wait for N-Y to list Drive. Work will come too early in the morning as it is.

I just assumed preorders would go live at midnight (Pacific time) and not 11, so I was caught by surprise at first.

One of two down, now to wait on Gohan to reopen.

It might be because of daylight savings since it used to be 1am in CO and this time it was midnight.
