OOO is much worse than Double. Agito badly needs a renewal, too.

The only thing about the Double mode I hated was how tight the wrist joints are. By the time I got one on I ended up making the right arm super loose because of much force I needed to apply to get the hand on. The rest was fine to me. Not going to say I wouldn't buy a renewal version but I don't think we have to have one. I'd rather see Agito renewal, a figure that desperately needs a renewal to fix issues it had (low hand count, shoulder pads).

I want to see a KR Knight renewal. Simply to be able to get him. He's so ridiculous expensive.

Now, I know I'll hear all kinds of grief from you experts & veterans, but seeing so many of us still missing Knight in our collection, and given the recent release of Femme, I see a reason to at least give him another shot.

But W's just so disturbingly inaccurate. I had a comparrison pic I made myself last time somone tried to tell me he wasn't "that" bad, and he is.

True, but weren't those older figures that were deemed just fine at the time? It's only natural that old things look bad next to newer models. For example, putting something like Gaim next to Double isn't really a fair comparison, you know?

I'll stand by for a W renewal because of how inaccurate he looks and how annoying his cuffs are when switching out his hands.

On the one hand, yes.

However W looked inaccurate when it was brand-new, and the flaws were flaws back then as they are now. Wizard came out after or around Ryuki if I recall and looks noticably lower quality than Ryuki, for example.

A better example for the situation you give would be Kuuga or Agito, yes they are not accurate but they still evoke the designs they're based off of, really just looking more "anime-ified" than outright blatantly inaccurate details.

He just needs a re-release of the original, not a renewal. Nothing wrong with the Ryuki Figuarts.

I think that's what he meant. And the both of you could not be more correct. It's absurd how hard Knight is to find despite being such a prominent character. (more prominent then Ryuki himself!) I already have Ryuki and Zolda, I just need that punk bitch Knight to finish off the coloured-undersuit trifecta.

Yeah, OOO (TaToBa at least) is leaps and bounds worse than Double. Double may be inaccurate, but at least it's of typical Figuarts plastic quality. OOO is a gummy mess.

All this talk of a Knight reissue brings to mind something I said a while back- I'll finally get my hands on one for a decent price (which I did), and they'll turn around and announce a reissue.

I'm really glad I never got OOO, because W is off-balance, has awful inconsistent finishes, uneven joint tolerances, and uneven plastic quality. OOO must be a nightmare.

I have to agree since the hands on W were pretty annoying. It was worst on Fang Joker seeing how sharp his body can be sometimes. The hands on Extreme felt even worst for me. If they give the same treatment that they did with Hibiki and Kabuto with W then it would be amazing. The set of hands on Hibiki fit like glove. None of them feel too tight or lose to me.

I also bought SHF Amazon on Ebay for $50 since I couldn't find him on Mandarake earlier. $50 seems like a lot, but I guess it's better then nothing. It's cheaper then pre-ordering the Jungler Set on NY. I don't care for the bikes at all really and I just need Amazon to finish my Showa collection. Not to mention he's my favorite Showa rider design next to the original two Kamen Riders and Black RX.

And I too have the Dragon & Bull Riders, missing that Batman wannabe. But I know I'm going to to pay some expensive price to get him. Once I get Femme it'll just look silly without him.

Well it looks my Den-O Sword form is officially dead to me since he fell off my display shelve and his left eye is completely broken. We were moving stuff around for Christmas and my figuarts fell over by mistake. Den-O is the only one that fell over and got himself completely broken. Everyone else stay still expect for Den-O, X and Black renewal. X and Black turn out to be okay and nothing was damage. Den-O is still $40 on Amazon, I guess I should buy a new one now while he is still at a good price.

I don't know what to do with him since his eye and shoulder pad are completely broken. I guess I will drop him off at Good Will tomorrow since no one is going to buy a broken SHF. I don't want to throw away him in the garbage.

Sorry to hear about the accident. If you figure out what you want for Den-O's mortal remains, maybe we could figure something out. I have an idea that the parts might come in handy for. A little cash might come in handy towards procuring a replacement.

And all this talk about renewals. I'm on the Agito boat. Because I'm collecting main Heisei riders and I don't like the old one. Kuuga got a renewal, so I want an Agito to go with it. Only one we're missing besides Agito is Kiva.

So do we have an exact release date for Blue Beet yet? I know January but it would definitely be cool to know when I'd be expecting him date wise.

Me too since I never bother with the original Agito. The original SHF Agito looks like crap compare to SHF Burning and SHF Shining Agito. I wonder if Armed Hibiki will ever get made soon?

No exact date yet on the actual Tamashii Web listing. We'll probably get a specific date by the end of December or early January.

You know what I just feared, Proto Drive might not even be a web exclusive and might be one of those Baron Energy and Ryuki Base form exclusive.

A Web Hero exclusive like Bujin Gaim? Possible. Probable, even.

My guess is he might go the way of Aqua and Poseidon since he would need to an entirely new mold, for a not particularly important character.

It's usually around the 22nd or 26th of every month.

Unless he becomes a really popular character, I doubt he will get made. Movie characters rarely seem to be get made into Figuarts.

Eternal, New Den O, Skull, Kamuro, Mars, Femme, Bujin Gaim, going off the top of my head. More than likely he'll be an exclusive if they ever want to get to him like most of the movie riders.

Skydain and Groundain, too.

Oh and then there is Cyclone which was a novel exclusive.
