Looking at the times Decade turned in Complete, his longest time to transform (either premiere of form or 2nd time) was around 20 seconds. His quickest was around 10 seconds. He is also able to transform and go right into an Ultimate form of another rider without having to hit all the buttons, which took about 7 seconds to transform and for the Rider (in this case Ryuki) to materialize. Will look at the OOO's transformations later.

Okay, watched the amount of time it takes for OOO to go into PuToTyra, and to Greeed, and from Greeed to PuToTyra
The first time he transformed, it took him 16 seconds (from when the medals went into the driver to finishing the henshin)

The fastest time to turn into PuToTyra (From Episode 47) takes 9 seconds

The fastest time to go from PuToTyra to Greeed (Also from Ep 47) takes 4 seconds

The fastest time it takes for him to go from Greeed to PuToTyra (Also from 47) is 2 Seconds

I think we can all agree that Toku shows generally disregard henshin times. I think that's irrelevant to this discussion honestly.

I've waited to vote so that I could post a legitimate reason for my vote for Decade. I know alot of people think Decade shouldn't win because he's an illogical, overpowered, ridiculous, fan wank character. However I think that's pretty much why I love him :lol

That being said I think he would win against OOO simply based on his determination and lack of the same emotions which Eiji has. Eiji is a powerful, emotional, headstrong rider. OOO is still one of my top favorite rider shows and every time I see Eiji reappear in any way I can't help but smile. If Fourze is the buddy of all the riders then OOO is their goofball lovable older brother. Decade is (sometimes) cold, ruthless, powerful, determined, and relentless. If OOO is the lovable older brother then Decade is that dickish step brother that was forced upon you.

OOO may have the ability to change into multiple forms and tons of combos based on each set of medals but I still think that Decades' ability to use complete form and summon final form riders still trumps Eiji. Decade will relentlessly fight using every final form rider and attack ride that he needs to in order to win. OOO could very well lose control at any time to the purple medals in his body and become a mindless greed (he is not often shown to be in control of that form).

Anyway, Eiji losing control would probably be one of his best advantages. He's ruthless and destructive when the Purple medals take over, completely removing his morals and inhibitions towards taking the final blow towards non-Yummies.

I'm voting OOO. He can suitably counter anything that Decade can come up with, including Clock Up or Faiz Accel. That's a winner in my book.

Kuuga- The older brother who doesn't wanna be here (based on his actor saying he didn't like his role)
Agito- The brother who forgets his own name (due to him losing his memories)
Ryuki- The brother who's a tattle-tale (due to him being a journalist trainee)
Faiz- The brother who's a picky eater
Blade- The brother who's willing to protect
Hibiki- The traditional musical brother
Kabuto- The dickish brother that was forced upon you
Den-O- The brother with the multiple personality disorder
Kiva- The brother who's socially awkward
Decade- The dickish stepbrother that was forced upon you
Double- The twins who share the same mind, but are total opposites
OOO- The goofball lovable older brother
Fourze- The little brother who wants to be friends with everybody

Nah, ignore what Joe Odagiri may or may not have said about Kamen Rider. Kuuga is totally the awesome older brother that you look up to and idolize, but who's still cool enough to take you to sports games and buy you ice cream or whatever else it will take to make sure you're always happy. :thumb:

Damn it. I was going to vote OOO. I really was. But then the more I thought about it, I think Decade could actually pull it off. OOO always wanted to protect the people. Decade could give 2 shits whether what he was doing would harm anyone. I think the ruthlessness, in this case, is helpful for Decade.
