Ant-Man looks kinda cool, but I still have no idea what I should think about the movie.

1). That's Scott Lang.

2). That entire wife-beating thing originated because of an erroneous interpretation of Jim Shooter's script.

3). It happened. Hank Pym back-handed Janet van Dyne in the middle of a nervous breakdown. His actions were inexcusable, but he's long been forgiven for them by everyone except himself, which is why he continues to work towards atoning for that mistake. People need to give the guy a second chance.

One of the reasons this still is going on so incredibly hard is because Millar made him a wifebeating asshole in his run on Ultimates. Just like he made pretty much everyone in that book a giant asshole.

We don't talk about Ultimate Giant-Man. We never talk about Ultimate Giant-Man. He's not even a Hank Pym anymore. He's just a psycho that stole his identity.

The best thing that character ever did was blowing up in Ultimatum.

Good riddance.

Oh, and can we just take a moment to appreciate Earth's Mightiest Heroes Hank Pym? Because he was awesome. Easily one of my favorite characters of all time.

That is so freaking stupid.

Since its just a teaser for the real trailer I dont care to be honest. Its a dumb gimmick thing. Plus teasers for teaser are already dumb enough.

Eh, it's a teaser for a trailer. It's no stupider than the other ton of movies that do it these days.

Why make the teaser so small you can barely make it out, I mean I could see the intention that they were going for the ant size gimmick and it is only a teaser but teasers need to be viewable.

Its not the full teaser trailer. Its just one of those stupid teasers for the actual teaser thats gonna air on tuesday.

Just ignore it and wait for the actual teaser to come out.

Because you weren't MEANT to see it. It was entirely just to drum up interest for the actual trailer and the Peggy Carter premiere. It's just a publicity stunt.

I really dig the helmet, it's better than I thought it'd be.

I have zero attachment to the character, but I feel weirdly excited for this film. Though the suit part of it kind of looks a little X-Men-y. Foolish as it sounds considering everything they've done to date, I sort feel about it like I did before the first Iron Man.

I really dig the look of the suit. It fits very well with the idea of Scott Lang being a thief.

I'm sure it will look better, for me, in motion. I'm jonesing for a crack at this flick. :D

Still hoping Ant-Man isn't where the Cinematic Universe starts falling apart at the seams.

Not a horrible start to Agent Carter... Though I do hope we actually see more of the founding of SHIELD, which is what I hoped it would be about. Not "Men are All Sexist Swine the Show," which it was kind of too much about. When it wasn't... Yeah, Peggy was a pretty entertaining character. I did like watching it.

Get hyped.

Looks entertaining without being brain dead, that's all I want from the movie. I was initially off-put by the thought they need to save the entire world somehow (Really?), but in the trailer Pym says something like „It's not about saving our world, it's about saving theirs“ so maybe it's just a metaphor for preventing a local crime which proportions would change the lives of the locals.

The problem this movie will suffer from is that it comes after Guardians of the Galaxy and Batman v Superman isn’t that far away. Meaning most Marvel-fans will watch this expecting the Guardians and be disappointed and DC-fans will overlook it because their „game-changer“ will drop by soon.

I already see this movie been talked into a flop when it really is a clever, funny movie that most people will just overlook. Like an ant.

By the way, SHF Ant-Man when? The suit looks amazing.

God cant wait for the movie it looks really darn cool. And it looks like they will do the right thing and make this movie a bit smaller (yeah I went there) in scope and not this gigantic superhero epic when thats something that wouldnt have suited Ant-Man at all.

Now having seen more reactions I´m already annoyed that we have to go through the same cycle again. People saying the property is to obscure and that this will be marvels first big flop. Just like they said with Iron Man back in the day, with Thor, Cap, Avengers and Guardians. I can understand if people are underwhelmed with the teaser since its not the big bombast teaser that shows alot of stuff but its really tiring that we have to go through the same "this is gonna flop because its too obscure" cycle every fucking time.
