They were BUT shot themselves in the foot after announcing SF5 and making it a Playstation/PC exclusive. I know Playstation was the one who bought the exclusivity but I still feel it isn't right. Especially to the fans who've invested in an Xbox before the game was announced then to find out they have to spend $500+ just to play the game.

Capcom is in a shithole right now. They don't have a lot of money. They're dangerously close to disappearing. If Playstation is funding the game to have SFV even exist, I can't complain. It's about as stupid about the people who bitched about Bayonetta 2 being Wii U exclusive. They didn't know the game wouldn't exist without Nintendo's exclusivity deal.

the thing is, Sony is funding the game, mainly so it can have a big fighting game exclusive to compete with Killer Instinct, while all the business and Marketing dsecisions have been coming from Capcom. and if you wanna complain about fighting game exclusivity, blame MS for starting it with KI.

the game will have no updated post release games, you buy the game ONCE and you have to only update the ONE game. think of it like a WOW or League of legends client. they both downlaod patches and stuff but it's still the game itself.

plus, they've been killing it their beta and alpha tests.
