But yeah, enjoy the Jan-speak now while it's cute and before it starts Shabadoobie-ing major dramatic scenes. |

Dairanger 40.
Honestly I was actually kinda excited for another Three Stooges episode as their last one proved to be so fun, but in reality this was probably the most boring episode of Dairanger all together, feeling more like a parody of the characters than a real episode, as it went through the motions and ticked the boxes. Although what is it with this show and fraternising with the enemy? Considering that the Stooges are both A) evil and B) have been killed like twice with the mecha, Shouji's melodramatic cries were really stupid. I mean they were stupid anyway but this was REALLY stupid. |

Dairanger 41.
Another completely unsatisfying conclusive episode. Kujaku selflessly accepts death, as her life would mean death for humanity but right before she dies...she saves the girl she brutally blinded, giving her the opportunity to wreak havoc on the planet in her absence. And I love how this has become almost thematic in its repetition, as our heroes continue to save and side with irredeemable evil. Only in sentai would you go searching for someone in a rock quarry. |
