What makes that image so funny is that Peter Kelamis voices both Rolf and Goku. He is the ocean voice actor for Goku.

The 1996 - 1998 dub of DBZ that aired on syndication and early Toonami was the first 53 episodes with the Ocean voice cast was decent in my opinion. It had a lot of dubbing errors, but I still like it for the nostalgia factor. The dub didn't last long because it withdrawn from Fox/UPN/The WB etc seeing that Saban ended their syndication deal with FUNi at that time.
