Wow, they are pushing the additional Drive Figuarts hard. The Funky Spike tire coming with Mach, and the effect part for Spike coming with the bike? (Wasn't the tire supposed to come with later-month orders of Drive himself?) I don't remember them trying to pull this stuff with Gaim.

(I actually kinda like the Mach suit design, but I find the character beyond irritating in the show. I don't think I'd want to own this. Hmf.)

Everything about the tires was just speculations around here since the initial scan didn't gave any information on the tires except Max Flare being a pre-order bonus.

And they didn't do that with Gaim since there was no reason to. They do this when they have these gimmicks and effects all the time when needed, look at the Fourze releases.

I guess I'm collecting bikes now. Mach's is just too nice.

I never cease to be amused by the irony. I mean except for when it comes time to adjust Kiwami for display, then it's infuriating.

I hope the Ninninger figuarts are announced like this....that would be awesome...

I'm surprised we're getting Mach first instead of Type Wild or Type Technique.

Probably will end up being exclusives after the way the Fourze alts went. If we get mass release alt forms I guess they'll be the actual power up ones rather than just ones for different purposes.

That seems to be the trend. Wizard Flame, Flame Dragon, and Infinity as mass releases, Gaim had Orange, Kachidoki and Kiwami. Even though Jinba was technically his first "upgrade", it and the rest of the Arms seem to be relegated to Web Exclusives. It's only natural for Drive to follow the pattern.

I hope there is a way to get some KakuRanger Figuarts out of Ninninger. At least Ninja Red is no one else.

As for the Drive stuff, I'm pretty much good after Mach. I don't feel the need to own any of Drive's alternate forms as Wild is meh and Technique is down right disgusting looking (one of the worst forms ever).

That was all speculation. None of the images or release info ACTUALLY stated that there would be multiple releases of Drive. All of us that assumed that, are now stuck hunting for a Drive.

Drive is not as popular as Gaim, so who knows how far into the line that they will make up to. With Wizard, we never got a complete line up of Wizard.

The show certainly is so I'd refer you to the TV ratings. Probably better not to make generalizations like that as they do tend to confuse people. In this case you are most definitely wrong. The show is doing just as good as Gaim with ratings and the toy sales are still quite strong.

And yes we kinda did get a complete line up of Wizard aside from the 3 Mages & Sorcerer. But they were so one note no one ever really expected them to be made either. But all of Wizards forms aside from the Gold Infinity Dragon movie exclusive were made.

On what are you basing that opinion?

Drive doesn't seem as popular as Gaim since I notice the toys don't sell as fast as Gaim did last year. Not to mention the buzz around the show seems much weaker as last week from what I've seen.

Don't mistake Western fan buzz with general consensus. Gaim as a show was nowhere near as popular people made it out to be.

So how do you guys think the rest of the tires will be packed?

I fully expect them to make Heart and Brain while packing those in with a tire.

Trideron will no doubt come with a bunch of tires.

Maybe they need to work on the thing again, I think they might cut the working front lights for cost reasons.

I don't know a whole bunch about drive, but I do know that Gridiron is a car and cars have tires. So I would hope that it came with atlas four tires lol

Gaim Orange Arms reissue is good news for people who missed out on him and don't have to pay high prices for him. I already got mine for Christmas and my dad got him off from NY when he was around $40 or $45.

I wonder when NY will have Yomi Ryugen up? I doubt he will sell out, but I hope I can get a pre-order on time just be for safe.

Orange Arms hasn't really inflated that much, at least based on what I've seen. He seems to sit pretty solidly between ¥4,000 and ¥5,000 depending on the day. Heck, there's one on Mandarake right now with the first order bonus for ¥5,000. Of course, there's one there for ¥6,000, without it, but that isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Since Yomotsuheguri is a web shop exclusive, it won't be selling out. N-Y seems to keep taking orders for them until the week the figures ship.

SHF Baron sold out on most sites before Gaim did a year ago when the SHFs were first put up. I think Kaito was more popular than Kouta with the Japanese Collectors market. that or Baron had not as many made as Gaim had

Gaim reissue is great and all, but Kachidoki and Baron deserve it way more. I've never seen either for less than 5000 yen, even back when they first came out.

Agreed, he sold out ridiculously fast everywhere...
