Thats what i mean. In instances like that or the upcoming Gundam Mark V it totally makes sense to get the RD. Because there's no other representation of it, or only a very rare complicated kit of it.

I understand the price differences though, I forgot if I explained it here or elsewhere but it has much to do with labor. Bandai has to pay the factory workers for their labor in putting together RD's and painting them, whereas for plamo kits, all that labor to put together and paint the kit are on you. Ultimately, the kits will almost always look more detailed, more accurate, and more aesthetically pleasing. So for display they will win out. For posing and play, the RD's usually win. Different crowds though, Gundam rose to popularity and was saved due to plamo, so plamo is never going away from Gundam it will always be its lifeblood. Quote:
