Nope, the only preorders they do is for Tamashii Web items. Also no, ,the new items or restock of sold out dont get activated until the Sunday Activation.

So in that case I have nothing to worry about stock selling out before that crucial time?

Before? No. When the time hits? Heck yes, Ive never woken up for it or tried to do it, but from Ive seen, its like black friday once a week :lol

When I was in the US I was never charged by customs. Same here. Of course, I never ordered more than a few hundred dollars' worth.
