Yeah the ninja garbs are surprisingly popular, so I could see Hasbro doing them eventually. Plus it's not like Hasbro are exactly strangers to making ninjas, since almost all of their other lines have featured them. That said, if they don't ever happen, one could just do an easy headswap with an Articulated Icons ninjas, I suppose, haha.

Oh, speaking of movie stuff though, I imagine that we won't see any of the figures of the 2017 movie suits anytime soon, what with Hasbro allegedly developing their own MMPR movie right now.

Hasbro immediately pivoting away from the Lionsgate movie is exactly why I was surprised to see one of their characters in BftG. Makes me wonder if they might try to capitalise on them with figures at some point.

While this topic's being revived actually, does anyone know if there's someone who does custom/3D printed hands for LC figures? I can deal with some weapons being missing but a lack of hand options is a huge problem with these figures

Afraid I don't, but depending on which character(s) you want them for, you could just steal hands off other figures, lest you wanted something super specific.

That would be a breach of contract and contravene their licensing agreement.

Yeah, and maybe when they fired her they lost the rights to her likeness, meaning all of the non-stylized version of the character not being possible to do.

I think the original contract would usually still allow them to make figures if they wanted, right? Like, heck, look at all the Lightning Collection headsculpts of actors sure as heck not employed by Hasbro.

Not being political. I'm just stating that I'm disappointed and won't be buying any more Lightning Figures. Which sucks because there are some new ones I was really interested in.

There's only 3 packs listed so unless there's 2 more it's probably two turtles per pack and April packed with someone else.

I'm gonna guess that two of the 2-packs will consist of the Turtle Rangers, and the third will be a Putty Soldier and the MOTW that showed up in the comic.

It might be pink ranger with an April O'Neil head.

Yeah, Casey and April in a 2-pack would make alot of sense. Or if it has to have a comic-original aspect to it, April and a Monster.

Isn't April's ranger form just the exact same as MMPR Pink? Would it not make sense for one of the 2-packs to just come with an April headsculpt for an MMPR figure you already have?
