Beyond Gosei Knight's whiplash inducing introduction, I say once he shows up (17 episodes in) the show takes a large leap in quality.

I've actually found this problem with a lot of toku, like OOO is my favourite Rider show, but man those first fifteen or so episodes are a slog. I understand that each show is its own isolated tale, so they need time to set the ground work like the logic of their world and all the rest, but man how have they still not truly nailed how to make it interesting?

Subjectivity plays a large role.

Up to 3 in Geki: Nunchucks, GekiTouja and the Five Venom Fists.
A lot of fun so far, Geki Touja fights like a human instead of a mech, that's different.

Also weighed dust cloths. :lolol

The Sentai half of the Otsu net movies, was something of a letdown, outside of the crazy premise of the "Bed In" stories, there's nothing much to say.
They aren't particulary funny, outside of that instance of Wizard and Ian "Bed In" :lolol

Finally watched Kyoryu 31-33. Episode 31 is by far one of the best episodes of the series thus far. It was hilariously awesome. Not to mention it was an episode where Daigo actually was effected by the monster's trickery AND there was pretty much no true mech battle in it. 32 sucked ass though and 33 was decent, but being moronic just seems out of character for Utchy at this point.

Hurricanger 10 Years Later - This was actually quite enjoyable. It wasn't perfect, but it felt like it was a continuation of the show as the characters did not feel out of place or different. Not to mention it was kind of cool seeing how the cast has aged and how the writers handled what a ranger team would be like years after they have defeated the villains. I won't go into too much detail beyond, but I felt the flashback scenes were kind of pointless and it was also nice to have a Sentai adventure WITHOUT a mech battle for a change. I give it an 7/10.

Just started watching Zyuranger and I have to ask....what genius had the great idea to put two kids on a frickin space shuttle?! :lol
