So, I saw a Doctor Who/Star Trek TNG crossover comic series at a local comic book store. Is that any good?

Art is a bit so-so, but the story is pretty enjoyable. Especially since there's a mini 4th Doctor/Original Series crossover midway through.

No, the greatest moment in Scifi was when Setsuna in the 00 Raiser used Raiser sword to destroy the Momento Moris. LOL

But yeah, 10th doctor fanbase is annoying sometimes.

I think I'm more excited about seeing Michelle Gomez in the finale than the Cybermen. She was amazing on Green Wing. Also, UNIT, Kate, and Osgood.

I was literally 5 minutes walk away when they filmed that episode. AND off work. Typical that it was the day I was moving and didn't have time to go and see it :(

I only just finished watching Green Wing a few weeks ago and Sue White was my favourite character by far.

I'm saying its a Dalek too. It starts off Davros-like but goes on to sound just like Nicholas Briggs. And I doubt they'll ever use him to play Davros on top of everything else he does.

I'm guessing a new emperor or *sigh* the Prime Minister again.

I'm with you, it clearly dovetails into a plain Daleks voice at the end. But there's an unmistakable similarity to Davros when the dialogue begins. We'll all find out next month I suppose.

And the dialogue sounds awfully familiar to. I think the first part might be from the season finale "The Stolen Earth" and "Journey's End", where Davros has Ten captured inside the Dalek Mothership.

The Dalek leader in Asylum of the Daleks. Which was just a mutant in a glass tube.

Yeah, it definitely made me think of that too. "Staring into souls" and all that jazz is very un-Dalek, but with the amount of crazy Daleks with more human tendencies and softer voices the new series has had I'm not sure where it's going.

Fully expected this to get a 5" release. But he comes with Handles so I don't care <3

There's a public premiere with a Q&A with Moffat/Capaldi/Coleman happening about 3 weeks before it airs in Cardiff. Tickets were only £11, but I was in work so couldn't go buy tickets personally/had the box office crash on me :(

Oh well, I should know by now Who/Sherlock events are near impossible to get tickets for :lol

Grabbed Spearhead from Space special edition Bluray off of Amazon the other day. I'm just excited to hear my favourite Doctor is getting some love. Any plans to release more of his stuff in HD? Or just this one?

It's the only one planned for now. They released it because it's the only classic story to be shot entirely on film, so a bluray release is more than just an upscale.

I never knew that! It's one of Three's better stories though, so I don't mind too much.

I grabbed those a little bit ago. I don't mind having things spoiled. I've only read the first one and, despite the indications the whole thing is legit, it's riddled with spelling errors. Also, in my opinion, it reads as pretty awful. I'm more ready than ever for Moffat to move on. I'm starting on Phil Ford's episode now.

Both are pretty uninspiring releases, but man are those Dalek paintjobs beautiful. I need.

Obviously I won't spoil anything (and I'm still hoping they're fakes the BBC is encouraging people to believe are real, like that Supes v Bats thing) but I finished those scripts and Moffat is going to be the death of Who. Ugh. I honestly don't know if I (or the show) can take two more full series of him.
