So Goku can use Super Sayain God as a normal transformation? Huh...I'm interested in hearing what the explanation for that is going to be.

In the Dragon Ball Super manga, Goku can transform into SSJ God at will, as he does it during the Universe 6 vs Universe 7 tournament semi-match against Hit, and he does it off screen during his sparring match against Future Trunks to dodge an attack and knock him down. Also, Vegeta can become SSJ God as well as both he and Goku show they can switch between SSJ God and SSJ Blue in an instant and they display this in their fight against SSJ Rose Goku Black where they move around with SSJ God then attack/defend with SSJ Blue. But the manga doesnt properly explain how either Goku or Vegeta can instantly become SSJ God without the six Saiyan ritual

Maybe SSJ God relies more on speed than brute force like SSJ Blue? Seems like it will be a battle of speed in the tag team with Hit.

Also, even if they pool all the active Saiyans in the field, they still come up one short (Gohan, Vegeta, Caulifa, Kale and Cabba).

Considering that SSJ God Goku lacks the increased muscle build and Goku himself stating when he first obtained it that he felt lighter, it is most likely faster than SSJ Blue. Also, in the manga, both Goku and Vegeta state that a mastered SSJ God overcomes SSJ Blue's stamina issue, so it would make sense for it to be a battle of speed using SSJ God. As I explained in my previous post, the two would manoeuvre with SSJ God and attack/defend with SSJ Blue when they fought against SSJ Rose Goku Black, as SSJ God was quicker than SSJ Blue.

I thought it was originally 5 Saiyans? Yeah it could be a speed form, that would be interesting.

Super Saiyan Blue Goku, SSB Vegeta, Android 16 and Android 18 are all playable in Dragon Ball Fighter Z. There's also a mode in which 6 players can fight 3v3 at once

So I am loving #17 in this arc. The stuff they have done with him against the magical girls were awesome. On the other hand my god, only 11 minutes have passed so far? At this rate it will be June before this arc is over. Not to mention they will probably have some sort of two parter with Trunks and Goten.

That was never confirmed by akira only fan made until that he was. This Android was design by akira and named Anandroid 21

I hate when people call Toriyama by his first name. With Manga Artist, you use their last names. You don't call someone like "Go Nagai" by Go or "Eiichiro Oda" by Eiichrio.

Anyway 21 looks cool. Not going gaga for her like a lot of people are but she certainly looks neat.

The scan is setting her up as a key character to the game's narrative. And the scan makes it clear that her intelligence is on par with Dr. Gero.

From what I've seen, the word is: she's the one responsible for rebuilding and reprograming Android 16.

Anyways, Yamcha and Tien are cool, now that the more basic choices are about done I wonder what oddballs they're going to choose.

the ring is on on the ring finger that indicates she married as that finger is for the finger before the pinkie finger she wearing it on her index finger. so not wife maybe sister or daughter

yea i only mentioned it as i was recently married. so me and my wife have the ring on are left hand and on the finger before the pinkie. so time will tell.

Only ones that are really coming to mind are Master Roshi, or Hercule.

Really, I'm surprised we saw those two before any of the Universe 6 characters like say Hit or Cabba.

Some of the movie guys would throw me off, like Broly I could understand, but if they announce characters like Garlic Jr. or Bojack I'd definitely be surprised. Pleasantly I might add, because so far they haven't really shown anything to back up their claim that everything Dragonball related would be represented in this game.

I really think this game needs some characters from the original series (Kid Goku, Tao Baibai, Jackie Chun), the movies (Broly, Cooler, Janemba), GT (SSJ4 Goku, Baby Vegeta, Super Android 17, Syn Shenron) and Super (Beerus, Hit, Cabba, Goku Black, Caulifla).

Although they'll probably outsource everything non-DBZ related to DLC :(

Sorry it's a pet peeve of mine when people do that with official manga artist.

Having played Persona 4 Arena, I am interested in knowing how much of the game will be animated and if any of it will be done visual novel style which would be kinda odd for a Dragon Ball game to have but this at least makes it look enticing for me to pick it up.

Finally caught up on Super and while they have been great (except for Tenshinhan finally getting an episode and losing right away), I want to know where the hell Freeza is. Also, oh my god, time is taking FOREVER to move. It's been what, 20 episodes and only 19 minutes have passed?

Seeing the Gods battle at each other was really awesome. I still doubt Beerus is the strongest God of Destruction. I think having Geene be the strongest would be cool. He has the coolest design in my opinion.
