Aside from the flimsier shield, I don't think the suit was that bad. It looked like normal aside from the shield looking a little different.
But apparently it was bad enough for them to completely axe it :p

Yeah, the shield isn't exactly high-end, but other than that it's a good suit.

How so? It's a 5 second cameo. Why would they create an entirely new and high quality suit just for that?
