Eeeh, not really tbn, I'm feeling pretty down in the dumps tonight. I'm unsure why. I think I just feel kind of defeated and hopeless both on a personal and grand scale.

Hopefully it's just a bout of depression? I hate to say Hopefully, like it's a positive outcome (I'm sure it doesn't feel like one!), but it's hopefully something that'll have a limited duration. Like your brain has indigestion: some random thought or unwanted emotion clogging up the gears.

Is there anything you can do to take your mind off of it? Play a game, watch a video, anything?

Washed my dad’s car and that helped quite a bit, got me out of my own head.

Maybe. I used to have anger issues until I switched to a gluten-free diet so perhaps it might be the stuff you're ingesting.
