Can someone please explain to me what is on Ex-Aid's back? Is it a backpack-ish thing with pink hair? Is it some part of the chibi-form integrated into the level 2 form?

For the life of me, I can't figure it out.

Its Level 1s face. Its there because in the toyline you can tramsform the Figures into the Level 1 form and it turns into the face :)
