I think it's much better to watch that while viewing Goseiger, personally.

You know I've watched the entire Abaranger series with the HK subs. They are faulty especially with the rollcall but you get the drift of whats being said. And they get better in later episodes so if your not too picky with subs it might work for you, I mean I enjoyed watching it and would gladly re-watch it even with those subs.

Onto episode 18 of Zyu.

I know its still early days, but I've been finding sitting through this show difficult (the main cast have very little personality and I'm bored of the kids). I was expecting as soon as I hit the Burai arc to have a new found faith in the show and come in here and sing the praises of Dragonranger....

...but screw that. Bandora singing was all I needed :D

I really wish Super Sentai would stop the constant "Red Ranger comes late" storyline. Seems like almost every time there's a new series, and sometimes Power Rangers does it to, something always happens and the Red appears late and saves everyone's asses. It's "Goku-Syndrome". Stop it.

I only have a problem when the Red ranger is played up as inexperienced, but still leads the team anyway, like Cole or Leo.

And instantly knows how to use everything, and fight like a master of karate.

And Coto: He faded away slowly because his elder brother went first, then his older sister. It went in order they were born.

Well, it seems Kyoryu won't follow that logic.
They'll just call Red "King" and worship the ground he walks on.

Speaking of those band of Toku newbies, I'm up to Ep. 15 on Rescue Fire. A.K.A. the debut of the Sky Team/Rescue Wings. I can definitely see why TVTropes has Jun filling the "The Chick" position in the Five Man Band setup. Ooh look, first insert song in Tomica Hero history! I had some major Deja Vu tonight when I saw Dark Knight Rises, because that scene with the bridges blowing up happened almost exactly the same as in Ep. 14.

I still think OhRanger did it best in the first episode when OhRed was the first ranger and had to save the others from being slaughtered like everyone else.

On that note, I have always wondered what is a good release pace for you guys? I'm asking cause I remember when we blitzkrieg Jetman people were telling us to slow down. Were we really going that fast? I mean is that's what you guys want or what? I like to have some input on what you guys feel.
