This is a tough one. Meteor has the skill edge, but Den-O has the edge in versatility and power. I guess I have to go with Den-O. Gun Form and Rod Form could wear Ryusei down from a distance, Axe Form could tank most of his hits, and then Sword Form could finish the job.

It would be really damn close, though, and I can easily see it going either way.

Meteor has skill, but I think the versatility of Den-O would take it in this match up.

Glad to see my boy is getting some more love. I too would agree that Den-O's power set and versatility give him an easy advantage over Meteor. As I've said many times before Ryusei very skilled and very determined but in this case I don't think his abilities could stack up. Especially if Den-O used one of his better forms like Wing or Super Climax.

Meteor. He's better trained, he doesn't have to rely on unreliable Imagin to use his powers, and he isn't as useless out of the suit as Ryutaro is.

I swear to god I have no idea where you keep getting your information from. The Imagin are not unreliable dude. They don't just whimsically come and go as they please all the time. They don't bicker constantly either. They use those characters for comedic relief when they yell at each other. But if there's a battle they get serious. Please watch the show before you make generalizations about the characters based on minimal information.

Agito-

• The Alter Ring is a mysterious belt bestowed upon Shōichi by the Over Lord of Light. It holds the "Seed of Agito" and is the source of his power. As he grows in strength, he would unlock its full powers.
• Basic form is Ground Form, with 5 other forms
• Ground Form is the first of Agito's numerous forms. This form harnesses the power of the earth, turning Tsugami's entire body into a lethal weapon, with bone-crushing blows and crippling locks. Of all the forms, the golden Ground Form is the most balanced, with power, speed and strength working in harmony to make the most of its capabilities.
  At its peak, the crest horns upon his head opens, pushing all of Agito's capabilities to their fullest, emanating beneath his feet, into his legs to execute his Rider Kick, a jump kick of incredible raw power and force; with a force of 30-tons, or with the Machine Tornador, the Rider Brake jumping off the Machine Tornador at full speed, and Dragon Breath, which involves ramming the side of the Machine Tornador into the enemy. • Flame Form is the third of Agito's forms to be revealed, triggered by activating the right switch on the Alter Ring, 'opening' the "Red Dragon's Eye." The searing power of flame flows through the right arm and blesses the red body of the Flame Form with incredible strength. Aside from its apparent superiority in the areas of power and defense, the Flame Form possesses phenomenal heightened senses; his senses have increased to point where an enemy's presence - whether distant, hidden, and/or invisible to the naked eye - can be detected with frightening precision.
  This form also has exclusive access to the Flame Saber, using it in his Saber Slash attack which anything he slices with the blade is reduced to ashes, or the stronger Double Saber Slash with an additional Flame Saber to deliver a double saber-stroke attack. With the Machine Tornador, Flame Form is able to use Saber Brake.
• In the brief instance when he was able to recover his memory, Shōichi revealed the power to invoke a new level of transformation possessing extraordinary properties of Ground, Storm, and Flame forms: the Trinity Form. This form's capabilities, a combination of all three, harness the strongest qualities of Agito's powers and execute the forms' finishing attacks. In this form, Agito can wield both Storm Form's Storm Halberd and Flame Form's Flame Saber.
• Burning Form, known as "the power awakening to infinite possibilities," is born when Shōichi learned to channel his fighting spirit into power. The transition was rough on Shōichi's body, as he was virtually incapacitated during the emergence of this new power. But as they manifest, the nature of the power became clear; and it is one not easily controlled. The Burning Form amplifies and translates Agito's fury into power; thus the greater his rage, the more powerful the Burning Form became, as seen in his Burning Rider Punch attack. His signature weapon, the Shining Caliber, is a dual-bladed weapon capable of two modes: Single Mode, as a dual-blade sword and Twin Mode, as paired blades. Burning Form uses the "Single Mode" exclusively for his "Burning Bomber," cutting down the enemy with lethal blazing strokes.
• Most Powerful Form- Shining Form
• Shining Form, also known as the "evolution of infinite possibilities," was awakened by the light of the sun. It was an evolution unlike anything ever anticipated by the Overlord, born when Shōichi molts after having mastered his power in Burning Form. Although the power of his fists remain unchanged, all other attributes being pushed to their peak, making Shining Form Agito's greatest form. In Shining Form, Agito wields the Shining Caliber in Twin Mode as paired blades for his high-speed "Shining Clash" attack. His final attack is Shining Rider Kick, concentrating the Agito Power before him to accelerate to supersonic speeds as he attacks with his strongest flying kick, piercing his enemy with extreme force. In Movie War 2010, it was shown that Agito Shining can also perform the Shining Rider Punch.
• Weaknesses- Unfortunately, when Shōichi once again loses his memory, the power of the Trinity Form was sealed away. Out of all of Agito's forms, Burning Form is the slowest of them all.

Dark Kiva

• As Dark Kiva, the King has access to a unlimited potential of power that is hindered within his successor such as telekinesis and the use of the Kiva insignia as a weapon.
• The Dark Kivat Belt is the King's means of transforming into Dark Kiva. Similar to how Kiva transforms, the King has Kivat-bat the 2nd bite him, and then perch upside down on the Power Roost of the belt's Dark Kibuckle to complete the transformation, separating from the belt when certain conditions demand for it like Fuestle-blowing. The Dark Kivat Belt also has six Fueslots to hold the six Fuestles.
• Kivat-Bat the 2nd can support him by attacking before he henshins.
• Has two seen finishers- Darkness Hell Crash: Referred to by Kivat-Bat the 2nd as "Wake Up One," the Darkness Hell Crash is a punch with the force of 65t. When performed, day turns into night with blood red fog. Dark Kiva then does a flying punch with his right arm. King's Burst End: Referred to by Kivat-Bat the 2nd as "Wake Up Two," the King's Burst End is an Emperor Moon Break-style kick with the force of 180t and green energy blades.
• Wields the Zanvat Sword.
• Can assume the form of the Bat Fangire.
• Weakness- As a Fangire, he can be shattered. Kivat-Bat the 2nd sometimes disagrees with him.

Let's go, Agito!

Gotta give this one to Agito. Dark Kiva's tough, but the first two Heisei Riders are some of the biggest powerhouses in the whole franchise. I suspect Shouichi would have to go full on Shining Mode to beat King, but once he did it would be a pretty convincing victory.

I got my information from watching the show. All they did was bicker.

Dark Kiva. I don't know much about Agito. Or Kiva, for that matter. But from what I've seen I like him. There really wasn't much more to the decision than that.

Gotta go with Agito on this one. I love Dark Kiva to death but Agito is definitely the powerhouse of the 2.

If it's a tie, Agito can count zero. :D

It'd be hella bizarre if Dark Kiva got 10+ votes unanswered by any votes for Agito.

Agito, simply because he seems to have the most going for him in terms of powers.

That said, I'm looking forward to the inevitable Kuuga/Agito matchup :lol

I will point out that Dark Kiva can change day into night for one of his finishers. If he does this before Agito changes to Shining, then Agito can not use Shining. Shining can not be actived without sunlight.

While I wouldn't say Dark Kiva would be able to beat Agito if that happened, I will say it would even the playing field a lot. If Agito was fighting the real Kiva, then it'd be super close regardless of who won.

The rage that battle will create. Hell I don't know that I could honestly pick. I mean the 2 of them are the strongest riders ever. Hands down. It'd be like putting Ichigo and Nigo up against each other, it'd be a standstill. I mean I could see Kuuga potentially having the advantage thanks to his more versatile (and plentiful) forms but Agito would make it a DAMN good fight.

Here's the fun part: Using the info given in the shows, one can conclude Kuuga (in theory) was created by the Overlord of Darkness (to fight the Grongi) and Agito was created by the Overlord of Light (to fight the Overlord of Darkness). The battle is long overdue and really should have happened over a decade ago.

Thus making it the ultimate rider battle. I've always taken it as fact that those 2 shows are in continuity. Even if it's a pretty small connection I still love the idea of these 2 characters having a connection as deep as the one you stated. It's just brilliant and needs further exploration.

At which point he just has to deal with the slightly weaker yet more feral Burning Form. Not much of a bargain.

I always interpreted it that Kuuga was made by the Rinto, but modeled after Agito. If the Rinto wanted to intimidate the Grongi, what better form for their ultimate warrior than something which resembled a demon? (if the Overlord of Darkness is god and the Lords are Angels, that makes the Overlord of Light Satan and the Agito demons). I always thought that was a cool way to look at it.

Why not include Ichijou with his Nerve Breaking Bullets :lol

Kamen Rider Similarities Battles options
 

Remember that series I made during the summer that pit Rider against Rider? Since we only have until next month before my planned "Rider of The Year" tournament, now's your chance to let me know what you want!

The current Riders who hold a place in the tournament are: OOO, Decade, Kabuto, Kuuga, Knight, Skull, Agito, Dark Kiva, and Den-O.

Options are:
1. We utilize this month to do 1 on 1 battles over the span of two days to determine which riders should join the other 9 to total 16. (As in 7 Battles throughout this month)

2. We have the same standard tournament as before, so it ends with 3 riders who move onto the ROTY tournament (totaling 12 Riders against each other, by forming the same standard 3 way rider battles)

3. Just utilize the 9 Riders we have now.

Also post what you want to have some battles be (remember, the battles can only utilize Riders who have not claimed a spot yet. So OOO, Decade, Kabuto, Kuuga, Knight, Skull, Agito, Dark Kiva, and Den-O can not be in any of the battles you suggest)

3 Way Rider battles are unfair. They always boiled down to "Blank waits for the other two to tire, then comes in and finishes them off." One on one is much better.

Anyway, I vote option 1. Amazon needs another chance.

I didn't vote because I have an option 4. They all fight each other in a single round Battle Royale. Just a one shot, one week long, death match between all the Riders left.

I agree Matrixbeast, 3(or more) way battles are so unfair and some Riders should have a 2nd chance. Amazon and Super-1 come to mind.

I would actually like to see them have their second chance again. Did you have any battles you had in mind? Like who would be their opponents?

I totally had some ideas for this a couple weeks ago and can no longer remember any of them. :(

That said, Riderman vs. Saga vs. Raia could work - whip fight.

Seeing as people picked the one on one matches, let's start with this battle! (Will close Wednesday) Unlike previous battles, these will not have the "weaknesses" as I put before. The same thing will go for the tournament.

Kamen Rider Birth [User for battle: Shintaro Gotou](Kamen Rider OOO, 2011)

IXA:

• The Ixa Knuckle serves as his transformation device and becomes the Broken Fang with the use of the Knuckle Fuestle, where the Ixa Knuckle charges up and releases a spreading burst of heat energy on the target, leaving the Fangire in the fragile state without the Knuckle coming in contact with the target. This burst of energy can also take the form of a sphere that flies into the target. When used without the Knuckle Fuestle, even while not transformed into Ixa, the user can use a much weaker but still effective version of the Broken Fang. When the user pushes the knuckle into another part of their body, it announces "Ready". Unlike most devices with electronic voices in the franchise, the Ixa Knuckle says its phrases one character/syllable at a time. In the 2008 storyline, it undergoes an upgrade from Ver.X to Ver.XI.
• Ixa's weapon is known as the Ixa Calibur which has a Gun Mode and a sword-like Calibur Mode. While in Calibur Mode and after using the Calibur Fuestle, the Ixa Calibur can perform its Rider Slash finisher known as the Ixa Judgement, where Calibur Mode is charged, showing the sun (instead of the moon in Kiva's case), blinding the target before Ixa hits with a powerful slash. While Ixa is in Rising Ixa mode, the Ixa Calibur can perform Ixa Judgement without the use of the Calibur Fuestle, performed in a forward-flipping slash.
• Rides the IXAlion motorcycle.
• Can summon the Powered Ixer, Ixa's mechanical dragon developed by the Wonderful Blue Sky Organization as a means to combat a Sabbat, and Kiva's Castle Doran. Piloted by Ixa, the Ixer's mouth functions as a robotic arm to either fling Sabbats and Castle Doran around or like a catapult to launch orbs at an enemy. Although only half as large as Castle Doran, it has proven to be both a formidable ally and nuisance to it. The arm can also propel Ixa towards a Sabbat, enabling him to perform a high speed Rider Kick.
• Most Powerful form: Rising IXA
• As Rising IXA, he wields the Ixariser, a cellphone-like gun weapon that detaches from Ixa's mouth piece, allowing him to transform into Rising Ixa along with the new Ixa Knuckle Ver.XI. By inputting several numeric codes known as Ixariser Blast Commands, Rising Ixa accesses multiple modes of the Ixariser. In its gun mode, accessed by inserting a fuestle into the fuestle slot on the back and rotating the slot around the side to become the handle, the Ixariser has massive recoil. The Ixariser is no longer necessary to transform into Rising Ixa as the feature is now available within the Ixa Knuckle, but it is still effective as a sidearm.

Birth:

• Wields the Birth Buster, a firearm powered by Cell Medals.
• Assisted by the Gorilla and Torikera Candroids, who can help him reload his Birth Buster.
• Can access the Birth Claws- A system of weapons that come out of his Receptacle Orbs.
• Drill Arm- A drill placed on his right arm, allowing him to use the powerful drill to take Cell Medals out of Yummy. The Drill Arm can also be combined with the Crane Arm by activating both simultaneously, allowing Birth to use it as a powerful ranged attack.
• Crane Arm- A a powerful winch attachment that is contained in the Receptacle Orb on Kamen Rider Birth's right shoulder. The winch allows him to scale buildings as well as collecting any leftover Cell Medals with one sweep. As a weapon, it can be used as a whip to damage opponents from far.
• Breast Cannon- A powerful energy cannon that is held in the Receptacle Orb on Kamen Rider Birth's chest. Due to its size, using it hinders Kamen Rider Birth's mobility. The cannon can be charged up to multiple levels of power by using additional Cell Medals.
• Caterpillar Leg- Held in Receptacle Orbs on Kamen Rider Birth's legs, and allow him to move easily over tough terrain and execute heavy kicks and grind on opponents using its tracks.
• Shovel Arm- Held in the Receptacle Orb on Kamen Rider Birth's left forearm, increasing his power to where he can lift Yummy off of the ground with it.
• Cutter Wing- Held in the Receptacle Orb on Kamen Rider Birth's back, allowing him to fly. The unit can also magnetically collect Cell Medals by flying over them. It can also be used as an oversized boomerang.
• Birth Day- When all six Birth CLAWs units are summoned and attached to Kamen Rider Birth. Costing six Cell Medals, it is extremely risky when Kamen Rider Birth activates this combination on his own, and requires Kamen Rider OOO to back him up. In Birth Day form can also perform an powerful attack called the Cell Bash, where the Breast Cannon fires an powerful energy blast without the expenditure of any Cell Medals.
• CLAWS Sasori- When the six Birth CLAWs unites combine, they create the CLAWs Sasori, an autonomous scorpion-like assault droid which has its master server and network connection installed in the Birth Helmood allowing whatever move Birth makes for the droid to do the same. It requires 1000 Cell Medals to be summoned. It is powerful enough to easily overpower even an enhanced Greeed where as Birth alone is powerless against. If the CLAWs Sasori is attacked it can seperate its pieces then reassemble themselves. Its finishing attack is shooting energy beams from all of the Birth CLAWs that colored based on the color of the CLAWs.
• Goto studied the Birth Manual, knowing how to use its powers to full effect and can disable some of its protocols (example: the self-destruct function.)
