Yeah, that just sounds silly. Kivala's release most likely has little to do with her popularity and it would be absurd to think it in any way has to do with Kiva's. It seems like she's coming out as a companion to the Shinkochu Seiho Decade. It isn't a zero sum game.

I hope when we get a OOO renewal, they release a PROPER Ride Vendor in cycle mode alongside him. I don't even collect bikes, but that shenanigans where they just made the vending machine mode last time was so sleazy.

It doesn't need to transform, (I can't expect it would while retaining a Figuarts level of detail and accuracy) but I won't complain if they somehow make it work. :P

Transformation wouldn't matter as they've released the Vendor mode already. That would be the one bike I'd actually want to own.

OOO does need a renewal but I think PuToTyra and Tajador are pretty good figures still. I would like a PuToTyra reissue since I can never find a decent price for him on the after market.

That said, I can totally see there being a Seihou Sword form before the line is through. Just not before Kiva... I hope. :cry

I would be piss if they did a Shinkocchu Seihou figuarts of Blade, Ryuki, Den-O and the Showa riders since I feel like that they are show accurate and hold up very well. They just did need to Shinkocchu Seihou of W, OOO, Faiz, the Imagin and some of the secondary riders since there's not much to be renewal if you ask me.

I'm totally with you. OOO TaToBa desperately needs a renewal. I don't expect to see his sub-forms get it, but they are actually holding up much better so I don't think they need it. TaJaDor with the effect set is still a fantastic looking figure in particular. I also desperately want a Ride Vendor. OOO is probably top on my list for a renewal because of it. When we do get one, I hope they go crazy and maybe give him removable medals. They've been doing similar things with the Gaim, Drive and Fourze lines, so I bet the tech is there now to pull it off.

Second place for me would be Double, and for him I want to see more figures with his body get renewed as well. At the very least, I would like a CJ, Joker (with nice matte finish), Skull and Fang Joker. I doubt we'll see any others besides CJ and maybe Skull, but I can dream. Also wouldn't mind a HardBoilder just because the current CJ can't really ride it well at all.

I'd buy that. Hell I'd buy it without the MG.


And there's always the SOC for more realistic expectations.

Although that does make me wish we could get figuart scale cockpits of certain mechs. Make a hell of a display piece

When putting W Cyclone Joker and TaToBa next to newer Figuarts, they look cheap now to me. Fourze still holds up nicely to me in my opinion. Flame Style has horrible QC issues but I do think he does show accurate and all of the small details on him looks great. I think Tamashii should just reissue Flame Style with no QC issues. Flame Style and ZX both should have been recalled on day 1 after their first release.

I just don't see it when people say Flame Style is show accurate. Because it really isn't. The details are great, but that's about it.

I don't need a fancy Seihou figure of him, I just want the guys who are designing the Gaim and Drive Figuarts to take another stab at Wizard.

He looks show accurate to me. He looks the same as the suit design in the show in my opinion. The rings may be a bit big, but that does not bother me that much.

I'm pretty sure the suit used in show doesn't have enormous clown feet or a squished down neck and torso.

I hear the clown feet complaint a lot, but I don't think they're all that big. It's a proportion kind of thing. The physical size is about the same as the feet on other rider figuarts. It's just the flat dress shoe aesthetic makes it a bit more flat. And it doesn't help that the ankle joint is not as seamless as it could be. Creates the illusion that the foot is bigger than it really is. It would look better if it were very slightly more narrow, but I don't think it's as bad as most people make it out to be.

The neck and torso thing is true though.

Those are the 3 that really need new versions, they're the three oldest releases and if they continue in the order they've been doing them in, it should be Double, Faiz and then OOO next.

I'm pretty sure we'll get new versions of them before they give us Kiva too. A full Rider collection would be slightly underwhelming if 3 of them look completely out of place and dated next to the rest.

I'm still fine with the current Faiz figuart, mostly because I love that glowing stage set lol. It's not as bad, say, W, OOO and Wizard for me. I'd probably still pick up a renewal though just because it's Faiz.

I would totally rather have this over Kamen Rider Kiva.

Just got my Drive and he is absolutely fantastic. The figure is absolutely gorgeous. The Tire Koukan gimmick works extremely well and the figure is highly playable.

My only gripe is that the flame parts are a bit to lose for my taste wheb they are attached to the arms.

So Im very on the fence about opening my RX BioRider.
I don't know anything about the suit and from what Ive watched Im not super impressed.

Then I'd suggest you sell it and buy a figure you are more interested in. There are lots of Figuarts options nowadays, no reason to saddle yourself with a figure you're uninterested in. Sell it and buy Vader, or Renewal Kuuga, or Iron Man Mark 43, or Gaim, or anything else that you have strong feelings for.

That's why I am selling my MMPR Figuarts off. I bought them original because Figuarts are great and I just wanted fun toys. But I don't care about MMPR, so I eventually realized that by selling them I could buy toys for shows I actually do care about.
