Emu Hojo: Protagonist. Resident physician. Lover of video games. Transforms into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
Asuna Sagano: Supporting character. Nurse.
Sota: Elementary school student and a patient Emu is responsible for. This is described as a one-off cameo.
Bugsters: The monsters. Trying to dominate the human race with a computer virus.
Bugster higher-up: Transforms into Kamen Rider Genm.
Genm Corp: A video game developer. They are selling the game Mighty Action X.
President of Genm Corp: Unknown, but is young.

So basicly, if compared to Sword Art Online....

- Emu Hojo is Kirito
- Asuna Sagano is Asuna Yuuki
- President of Genm Corp is Kayaba Akihiko

Anyway...I am feel Gaim vibes mixing with Go-Busters vibes in Ex-Aid....
Genm Corp very similar to Museum from Kamen Rider W and Yggdrasill Corporation from Kamen Rider Gaim.
And basicly, Genm is high class Bugsters?

So does Genm Corp create the driver since it says it's the creator of Might Action X, the name on Ex-Aid's cartridge. Also "Genm" sounds an awful lot like Genmu.
