Of course it does. That’s what a powerful technique does by its very definition. Meanwhile Ryu Commander might be strong/fast/whatever, but that’s not going to be much help when his back gives out mid-fight.

I’m not even sure what relevance your last point has. Gokai Silver is a 6th ranger but he sure as hell couldnt beat at least 3 of the Gokaigers in a one on one fight.

That's 3 on 1, we are talking 1 on 1 and as the video showed Ryu Commander is faster then Geki Violet.
