Epic 17.
I'm glad Goseiger made the Mutants feel like real threats, something Megaforce could never do. And at least, unlike the Warstars, they have actual context and an actual plan. Plus, I liked how the Goseigers had to investigate the monsters with their own unique abilities and didn't just jump cut straight into the next battle. With different arcs of villains, and a team that can stand unique as well as together, this show feels less like sentai and more like a live action anime. But Gosei Knight...hmm. I dunno how to feel? I mean the fighting is stellar regardless, but I really liked RoboKnight and it's hard not to feel like Gosei Knight is just sorta bland and generic in comparison. Also Buredoran's Mutant form is kinda crappy looking. |
Goseiger Epic 16:
Holy shit, now that was a good one! Although I called Deraputa's return I still felt the terror of it when they revealed him and that final fight between him and Alata... AWESOME! Alata is easily one of if not my favorite Red Rangers ever. He's just so incredibly awesome! Now then, from what I saw in the promo for the next episode... soon. :D |
Goseiger Epic 17:
GOSEI FUCKING KNIGHT! That is all. |

Right so I've pretty much decided I'm gonna finish Goseiger, I might check out a flick between this episode and the rest of the season but either way.
Epic 18. Wow Gosei Knight is both more complex and more badass than Robo Knight in only a single episode. I also love how he is basically Captain Planet, if Captain Planet was a terrorist, who looked like a Kamen Rider. Makes me wonder why they added Gia wanting to bang him in Megaforce, as it went nowhere and isn't in the sentai either. The Yuuma monsters are way more interesting than the Yuuma Generals. Especially Buredoran, he looked so much cooler as a Warstar. I've really enjoyed both of the week monsters so far for the Yuuma though, with them being surprisingly intense while still utilising pure comic book villain schemes. Although the actual forms looked really crappy, I did like the concept of them swapping the order of the Headders to make different versions of the Gosei Great. That is really a more fun gimmick than the Headders themselves and that's only just been included in the show. I kinda wanna buy myself a Gosei Great now just to collect the Headders and make cool forms. |

And I like that you've enjoyed Gosei Knight. He's far superior to Robo Knight's knockoff Robocop personality. |
